I'm a Johnson Creek girl. I've ordered 18 juices from them. (Including the Red Oak Tennessee Cured and the seasonal Spiced Apple Cider). Of those 18 I liked all but three I think. I haven't written off the three I'm not crazy about. I will set them aside and try them again when I'm ready. Johnson Creek may be the most quality conscious company on the market. I'm talking about the quality of the juice. They stand behind their product 100%. The packaging of all their products is first class and top notch. Second to none. The amber glass bottles have a plastic plug in them along with a quality top cap. This keeps the air out (or to a minimum at least) making longer term storage possible. Each bottle also comes with a glass dropper, giving you easy access to your all day vapes.
They have a nice variety of juices and I find that it's easy to top a cart or carto with another juice without a problem. Most blend well and don't overpower each other. So switching to a new flavor is usually very easy and doesn't require a cart/carto change or cleaning in between.
Shipping may seem a little high, but I believe the quality of the product itself, the packaging and the extras that come with each and every bottle is worth it. Customer service is above and beyond any that I have experienced. Order confirmation usually takes minutes. You can add to or change your order as long as you do it before 9 AM. Orders ship same or next day and it's incredibly fast. Sorry for such a long post, but there are just so many good things to say about Johnson Creek. It's my go to place for my juice. :hubba:

V4L - Latest short and XL batteries are excellent. They also have my favorite 555 flavor among others. Downside is that the juice can be inconsistent from batch to batch, and constant changes have even loyal customers spinning trying to keep up.

Tasty Vapor - Great flavors and the doublers can't be beat for the price. Juice can be customized however you like. Sample size bottles are not an option.

DIY Flavorshack - Excellent customer service and quality juice. Great for DIY supplies. Also able to customize however you wish. Sample sizes available.

Ms. T's Bakery - Also has excellent juice and a lot of unique flavors. She does not do tobacco flavors or bottles over 15ml. Not as open to customization, but will create any nic level you like. Sample sizes available.

VaporNine - Turbo cartomizers (KR8) are excellent, and customer service is top notch.

DIYFLAVORSHACK- Dawn is just a sweet heart and their liquid is excellent. I recommend the poundcake!!

NHALER- Drew rocks, I bought my eGo (great price, BTW) from him and he promptly replied back when the LR atty was DOA. He send a replacement 1 day later

Madvapes- Mark hooked it up with 2 501 HR atty's and slipped in a surprise LR atty for free. Also, the fried apple liquid is excellent..

E liquid planet ( great juice and people- Nice souls. )

Aroma E juice ( great juice and person)

Vapor 4 Life ( not ordered from him yet but have me a good pitch for the 808...and I wanted to order just because he was so cool.)

E smokey treats ( great hardware, person and juice. )

Mad Vapes My absolutely favorite vendor because he is super nice and the products are super good ( reliable )and the shipping is fast.
Oh and did I mention what a good soul he was?

Rocky Mountain Vapor (Another good soul. A great guy and great service all around. My 801 battery is still working after months. This is not typical this one is just great. It is giving out now though. I have it attached to my 510 attie)

Lite cig ( back up place for e liquid. The eliquid is good and shipping is good and the vendor is a reasonable person)

I have not re ordered from some for a while it is usually because either the product is really expensive or the product gives out after a couple of weeks consistently or maybe I like the liquid of some but not the hardware.

I like one stop shopping and madvapes is all that.

Madvapes - My #1 pick. Mark has always had great customer service and great prices - and it's a one stop shop for everything I need.

LiteCig - Shawn has fair prices on juice and fast shipping!

Puresmoker - because Steve keeps coming out with mods that I have to have! Top notch customer service from day 1. I bought my first e-cig from him back in 2008 (after making an expensive mistake at a Smoking Anywhere kiosk in the mall).

Heaven-gifts - the cheapest of them all but located in China. I found that the dirt cheap $4 shipping is just as fast as EMS (expect about a week). I usually place my bulk atty orders through them. Again - top notch customer service and I have personally never had an issue with anything being held up in customs.

vapor4life - homebase for any KR808D-1 user. Premium cartos, shorty batteries, quality PTs, a huge selection of juices and four or five of my all time favorite juices.

madvapes - my favorite 3.7 volt mod, the vapestack.

lighthound - they have this charger: Ultrafire 3.6 volt or 3 volt RCR123 Lithium Battery Charger
and these battery holders: Tools Aviation Personal Battery Caddy Slim Line 4 x CR123 Battery Holder / Carrier - Glows in Dark
and batteries of course.

johnsoncreeksmokejuice - a couple more of my favorite juices, some other unique flavors, and like anyone else, a good number of mediocre flavors too - but all with that unique jc flavor undertone.

and then there is Halo, Ms. T's , Tasty Vapor, Nhaler, Totally Wicked for their Decadent Vapor line, and...

Well since the thread keeps getting brought back up figured I'd update my list

Halo - awesome liquids and great customer service

ProVape - awesome mods , good prices on accessories, great customer service

Ms T's Bakery Essentials - a definite must for the best unique liquid flavors, great customer service

LitecigUSA - large variety of models, good prices, great customer service

Ikenvape - affordable lazer mods, good sales, great customer service

GoodProphets - large variety of models, good prices, great customer service

Super T Manufacturing - quality products, best T-tips, great customer service

Intellicig ( intellicig-USA) - good product, great ECOpure liquid, great customer service

Bloog - good product, good customer service (was my first e-cig and did the trick to get me converted)

I used to shop a lot at puresmoker, but now i moved on to vaporlifestyle. They v-juice tastes way better and also at better pricing. Customer service is great. And best of all, their shipping is super =). By the way, have you guys seen puresmoker's new lab? they posted it on they home page. what kind of lab is that? haha ever since i saw that video.. i have to think twice to even purchase from them (Of course, i am talking about their USA made juice only).

My favorite hardware vendor varies. It all depends on what particular part I need, who is having what special and how fast I need it. I tend to lean toward my local vendors like ecigsupply.com and ecigarettecigar.com. However, I just purchased an eGo from nicotinenirvana.com and I was very impressed with them too. They are not local, but close. Right next door in Nevada.

As far as juice goes...
Halo- I love my Bella Valencia
TastyVapor- I love to try new things
Xtremevaping- I love my nicotine
GourmetVapor- I love to mix my own juice, but am too lazy to DIY all the time
