I also vape almost all day, everyday. The only things that kept me from smoking that much were the cost and the effect on my body, but since vaping is much less expensive and juice is cheaper, I vape like there is no tomorrow. I am, however, cutting back on the nicotine level of the juice I use.

I didn't want to admit it for fear that someone would say, "OMG, stop that now!"... All day... 11mg nic in juice... I was seeing lots of people saying they vape about 1-3ml a day... if one fill of my carto is 1ml... ummm.... yeah... I'm vaping way more than that...

I'm glad to find out I'm not the only one... It's just so enjoyable... and doesn't threaten to make my lungs collapse... how can I resist!?

I used to chain vape almost constantly ... even taking my PV to bed with me.

I've been vaping and off of cigarettes for 16 months. I sincerely feel I am LESS addicted to nicotine now than I was as a cigarette smoker or as a newbie vaper, although I use primarily 30-36mg juice.

I know when I was consuming a carton per week, it would drive me nuts if I HAD to go a few waking hours without a smoke. I find that as a vaper, it doesn't really bother me if I'm in a situation like that.
As a smoker, lighting up was ALWAYS the first thing I did in the morning. As a vaper, there have been days when the thought didn't occur to me for several hours after waking.
I've left the house to run an errand more than once absent mindedly leaving my PV behind. I never would've just forgotten to bring my cigarettes with me. And, doing without my PV while on a trip to the grocery store (or wherever) really doesn't bother me much.

Yep, I feel I am less addicted and that quitting vaping would be much easier than going cold turkey from cigarettes would have been. But, vaping is just so much more enjoyable than smoking ever was, LOL. For me, the difference is just that, enjoyment vs. hard addiction. Like I said, I don't think it would be a serious hardship for me if I was forced to quit vaping. It would irritate me though, LOL.

Now, it's more of a hobby than an addiction. A pleasure.

I do vape much of the day. Not really because I need the nic, more because it's so damned enjoyable. I'm at the lowest mg now because I didn't like the idea of becoming more addicted. I've weened myself down from 18mg. It's amazing how quickly you adjust to small drops in dosage. If I vaped an 18mg juice now it would feel like inhaling rubbing alcohol. You really should just drop the nic. Research shows that more nic is not only more addictive but isn't linear it's exponential. I just dropped a level every once in a while and got down to 6mg where I'm comfy. You won't be satisfied at first but I adapted to the lower doses in a couple days each step.

I agree wholeheartedly with what NCC said "Now, it's more of a hobby than an addiction. A pleasure."
