I'm just curious if anyone has received any items that were purchased from him/her

I received a pm from his account saying that it was his wife and he was put in icu and she had no way of knowing what he was selling and to who so I should cancel my payment with Paypal. At first I felt bad but after a little searching I realized he had TONS of items for sale and most of the items were at ridiculously low prices. Now I have a bad feeling that this was a scam. I have gotten many PM's from other members wondering if I received the items that I purchased so that has me thinking that no one got anything except for the DNA20 mod that Hheathernhudson purchased from another member, hopefully not with people's money that didn't get anything from him/her

I never received the Provari. I sent a pm, an email and a request for refund through Paypal. I haven't heard anything back. I plan on disputing with Paypal if I don't hear something by the weekend.

I emailed the addy I was given and received a reply right away that he had died last sat.
I bought a white mini provari that I have never gotten.
I have filed a paypal dispute.

Never heard anything from seller or wife, no roller for me. $140+18 gone to vapers heaven. If he died that's terrible, if he/she is a scammer it was well deserved.

what i bolded doesn't sound like a scam...it sounds like an overwhelmed wife that was suffering and has suffered a loss that is trying to do the right thing.
if it was a scam why on earth would you be asked to cancel your payment?
i would give her the benefit of the doubt before jumping on the "scam!" bandwagon.....

Just so everyone knows, we are aware of the situation and at best we have to believe what is being reported is true. A couple things lends to the possibility that this isn't a scam. First, Heather has replied to me on each email in a reasonable amount of time considering the ordeal. Second, she voluntarily recommended members file a dispute with PayPal. Third, she provided an email for members to contact her (the family) to resolve any financial obligations her late husband might have. So please use the dispute option as she has instructed. If you choose not to pursue a refund and wish to relinquish those funds to the widow, I'm sure it will be greatly appreciated. If you cannot file a dispute, please contact me and explain. Please be sure to include a link to the Classifieds ad if possible.

I bought the Precise+ 18650 from them, Ben or Heather. I was told, that I would receive tracking information on June 8, 2013. I have not received the package or tracking from them. They will not respond to any of my messages. It has been a week and this is ridiculous. They say Ben died. Well, what city? Ben Hudson would be easy to look up in the obituaries. I was told he went into the hospital on Sunday now he died on Saturday? Ben Also told me on Saturday that he shipped 22 items last Friday and had to go through the tracking number and was going to PM me mine.

Things just don't add up. I sent payment for a Provari, Siegele 19 & 20, and a Gus22.

The reason I made this thread was because things weren't adding up. Unfortunately I get told I don't have any compassion. That is not the case, I'm just trying to help, like I said earlier I received quite a few emails from other members wondering what was going on

Here is my 2 cents worth. I was offered a one time $100.00 offer for the pink mini and when I said I would trade for it I never received a response. I pm'd several more times and then havoc bought it. Thought it was kinda strange because most of the members I deal with will at least pm back and say no thanks. Like I said my 2 cents and if husband did pass my condolences to the widow.
