So if your one whose dropping down the nicotine levels good for you: wish you luck :)

I’m personally at 18mg and am not dropping down for now: I’m just not ready for that, I enjoy nicotine as well.

But I do read a lot of people who say there cutting down, and it would be nice to know I’m not the only one who is choosing to stay on the nicotine wagon.

I don't plan on dropping it. I avoid eggplant instead. ;)

Just kidding. Found out that eggplant actually has quite a substantial amount of nicotine in it. Whoda thunk it? Don't like it anyways, so no loss there.

Not that I really care one way or another. If all nicotine containing ejuice suddenly vanished, I wouldn't cry and would keep vaping.

I started vaping at the 12mg level. That was on May 31st. I am not thinking of reducing the nicotine level at the moment but I may try it after three or four months.
Now that I quit smoking, I think it would be nice to also reduce or eliminate my dependancy to nicotine. But that is it: it would be nice, it is not something that I think I need to do.
If I did drop to 0mg nicotine, would I stop vaping? I do not think so as I enjoy it.

Glad to see so many agree.

My ADV is about 9mg (12mg Honey Tobacco cut with VG at a 1:5 ratio, not really a PG fan) and I don't consider the effects of nicotine to be any more harmful than caffeine.

The stimulant effects of nicotine help me to focus and give me a boost of energy.
I work two jobs and I travel often, so both of those benefits have been especially helpful in my case.

Bought my first two bottles of juice at 12 and 8mg. Either was fine by me, not a highly significant difference in effect at the volume I vaped at the time.

Started mixing DIY at 10mg.

After getting into dripping at lower resistances I quit purchasing 12mg and dropped my DIY to 8mg.

Have no particular plans to drop any further.

I quit smoking 18 days ago. Started vaping at 12mg, after 14 days dropped to 6mg because I enjoy vaping alot. I don't think I'll drop any further.

Right On for Quitting Ucliker.

Keep on doing what you are doing. I wouldn't change much until you have at Least 30 Days under your belt.

When I started out I was using 24mg and it helped get me through the first few weeks without ever wanting a cig. Once I got through that initial phase though, I noticed I liked to vape a lot and 24mg was just way too much. I dropped it down to 18mg.. I thought that was a bit too high (for my chain vaping style), so I cut down my next juice order to 12mg..

Let's just say 12mg was not cutting it. I may have some juices at 12mg, but I plan on staying at 18mg for the most part. I bought a bottle of H1N1 and it's 18mg and I swear it seems a bit stronger than my other 18mg juices..

Just FYI, I am a better person at 18mg too.
