I'm just wondering how many of you all quit analogs once they got their first e cig/pv? I've tried my friends' ecigs and am getting my first one in the mail tomorrow. Hoping I can get off analogs right away, maybe input could give me motivation for that? Plus I'm simply curious.

I have to say i am 7 days so far without an analog. I have a whole supply of analogs in my house because i still tube roll for my neighbor and i just dont have a desire for them. I love my citrus menthol e liquid and i find vaping to be an experience not so much an urge. Kinda like a really great cup of coffee.

I started vaping less than a week ago. I didn't start vaping with the intention of quitting, so I am amazed and astounded that I have only been smoking one or two a day...one pack has lasted me a week! I have smoked for 32 years and have been a 2PAD smokers for the last several years, so only smoking one or two in a day is monumental for me. I've quit smoking three times before, but it has never stuck for more than a few months. I always felt off or deprived when I wasn't smoking, but since I started vaping I really just don't want the analogs...they taste and smell nasty compared to my Yummy vapes. :)

The way I look at it is that even if I kept smoking a pack of analogs a month for the rest of my life it would still be a huge win compared to the sixty packs a month I was smoking.

I haven't touched a cigarette since my PV and Juice came in. On my ninth day so far and really it's been pretty painless so far. I know myself too well to say that it is forever, but right now, in my mind, I am pretty sure I like most things about vaping even better than smoking. I still haven't totally replaced the TH that smoking gives me, but close.
I'm still taking it day by day, but so far so great !

When I first started, over a year ago, I used a disposable. This opened my eyes to the wonders of vaping but was still smoking the tobacco now and again. I put that down to the poor strengths and crappy ejuice in them.
Then I got a rechargeable one that came with a PCC. This was a lot better. I was getting into trying all these new juices and was on a roll, but still was smoking a few tobacco cigarettes now and again.
It all changed tho when I went to vapefest in the UK. OMG! I was like a kid in a candy shop and luckily for me I won an ego-T in the raffle. Needless to say the rest is history and I have now been tobacco free for 6 months.

Looking to get one of the vamo mods now to get to the pinnacle of vaping :)

I had about a half pack of cigs left when my eGo came in the mail and I didn't touch em for the next few days. I was surprised, I was even drinking and all but vaping did the job.

I only went back to smoke those last cigs up a few days later, as I got a stomach ache and was worried it was from vaping so I took a break for the night. I smoked one more the next night, had one more a week later just to kind of test myself lol

I was a lucky one that was able to quit analogs as soon as I picked up my first e cig. I knew it would work so I just kept with it. The first one didnt completely satisfy so it was a quick progression. Gas station disposable --> Blu starter pack --> Ego + Vivi Nova --> Provari + Penelope --> GG Stealth + Mark T Ininity. All in about 4 months. But I am as happy as a clam now. LOL

This is only week 3 for me vaping. First week I still went through two packs of analogs. Where a pack and a half a a day was the norm. Second week I bought another pack because my charger failed and didn't have a backup or pass through. I haven't had an analog in 5 days. I'll give the props to the "inhalation techniques" post on this forum. Really helped me get a more consistent hit and feel. I've been told I'll probably want another analog at some point but not really putting any pressure on my self about it. If I do, I do. If not even better. Good Luck!

I am one of da lucky ones that quit 'bakky with my first vape. During my near 20 months vaping, I've had no desire for a cig whatsoever!

Picked up a starting kit of V2, and fell in love. Problem is that it lasted me about a week, and then I had to buy a pack of analogs while waiting for a grown-up Ego kit in the mail. Could barely smoke the analogs at that point. Still have half of that pack in my vaping tackle box as a reminder not to run out of juice :)

After my first few days vaping I went back to what was left of my all but forgotten pack of analogs and tried one just to test it out. I couldn't finish it. Everything about vaping is better. Flavor. Autonomy over the experience. And since I got into RBA's, price as well. I'm just happy that such a thing exists. It's awesome.
