I read tuberculosis goes good with loosing weight.
But it will take a bit longer than a week to recover tho :?:

Anyone have a good systemic flu with no intestinal or respiratory involvement that I can borrow?

I'm having some nice gallbladder issues... you can certainly have my gallbladder.

lol... I guarantee you'll never want to eat again until they remove that thing!

That is how my grandma died. When it was major surgery. Dad visited her in hospital, nurse sat her up too quick.

Mum only told me that after dad had died. I'd generally been yelled at or smacked any time I asked about grandma [emoji23]

that's sad..

no, it's not major surgery anymore. now it's like appendicitis..

they aren't even planning on keeping me in the hospital overnight after surgery.. This is an outpatient procedure basically, only admitting me if something unexpected occurs during surgery..

The surgeon's wanting to make darn sure nothing unexpected will happen during surgery though.. all these hoops I'm jumping through prior to actual surgery is getting tiresome..

I'm afraid... very afraid.. don't like pain ... lol..

I tried it once out of curiosity because my sister called it "Bite down on a strap of leather after a belt of whisky" type pain. I was curious. It wasn't so bad but I did my homework. Take Advil first. Also, do not go just ah, prior to your monthly "friend" when everything is all sensitive. I didn't even wince.

There are some ghastly threads on the internet about doing it yourself at home with something called "sugar wax."

I wasn't that impressed with the results EXCEPT that I lost 0.00000000000001 lbs. that part was great.

my daughter used to get bikini waxed.. I was always amazed at that..

I mean, I can see legs, even underarms - but my bikini zone is a delicate and sensitive area..

I probably should at least try it once though.. although your post might make me rethink it.. lol.

Everyone is different. Many folks quit smoking and gain a ton of weight because they are replacing one hand to mouth habit (smoking) with another one (eating).

However, I actually lost like 30 lbs when I started vaping; but it was likely due to cutting back on junk food and generally eating less.

I wasn't particular heavy when I smoked cigarettes, but often indulged in poor diet choices (junk food, overeating etc).

I'm not fat, I'm cloudy!

I've had a 101+ fever on & off for 8 days straight so far. I also lost 12lb in 8 days.
I'm actually not fat but I'm not complaining.
I have another 23lb to go so I'll take a week off and try to re-infect myself when this nasty little bugger croaks.
Anyone have a good systemic flu with no intestinal or respiratory involvement that I can borrow? Any tips on keeping this painful little weight shedding machine alive longer?
With a fever that high and the speed I suspect it’s mostly water. Being sick and dehydrated is bad. Drink more fluids maybe.

Your whoha is your va-jay-jay. I forgot that bit of Meredith Gray lore (re watching the series, and like, it is wonderful/terrible.)

I think I just watched the pinnacle of the series when some guy comes in with unexploded ordinance inside him and the bomb squad guy dies. WHY does the bomb squad guy always die? I think that may be a question that answers itself. Now, blonde doctor is killing of her patient/boyfriend in the hopes of saving his life.

IIRC I got bored after that. Watching Ms. Grey last night got me thinking about OTHER anorexic actresses that so clearly need to be hospitalized but no one will do it.

DO you remember the show Ally McBeal? Or whatever it's called? I do, vaguely, and I THINK I recall they got so desperate to distract from the anorexic actress they like, subbed in a dancing, cartoonlike baby that was a figment of the actress's imagination. I THINK.

That show was hard to follow because it was so immediately traumatizing. All I remember is she was a lawyer. That, and the baby.

I sincerely hope it is not available on Netflix or Hulu. It probably is. I mean I have like 12 seasons of Meredith Grey yet but at some point I will crack, I just know it.

I bet both of those actresses smoked and if only they had started vaping, they would have gained weight.

It's really not bad Opinionated. I barely winced. I have a really high pain tolerance though I did all that oral surgery awake and then Advil after. So like, the full on Brazilian that was no biggie.

The best part about waxing (anything) is it doesn't itch when it grows back in, I would do my pits, but like, I sort of have very sensitive ones. I would do it at home, to myself, too, and I'm not the greatest waxer.
