Because the prices were so low? fasttech is alright, if you don't order anything you need right away. But yes, it comes by the slow boat all the way from China, so there is a bit of a wait involved...
I usually get the order within two weeks IF the items are all in stock. Could well be your package did arrive on time and just didn't get scanned. USPS works in mysterious ways. If I need something quickly, I order through a US supplier. If not "time sensitive," through FT.
My only fasttech package that took over 2 weeks to get to me was one that only amounted to about $8.00. With that one I didn't get a tracking number and it took a solid month to get to me. All of the others were well over $25.00. All came with tracking number and were in my hands withing 2 weeks.
You can save a bundle by buying from fasttech but it is best to buy from someone else if you need it right away.

I'm kicking off at FT for failing to meet their promised guideline that I paid money for. Will be interesting to see how that pans out but my goods are already on their way so it's win win. Been 2 weeks though.

You may want to open a ticket with them to see if there is a problem. I have read some threads where packages have been returned to them and they just resend them.

No, no batteries..just a drip tip, Fuhattan mech and a eleaf 20w clone for a backup for my girl

I waited a month for mine to ship out. It's now making its way theough china.... They had an inventory error that slowed things down, but they contacted me and let me know, gave me the option to cancel for a refund, so I am quite happy with the custoner service and I havent even gotten my stuff yet. Can't beat thhose prices.

I asked and I received..was in mailbox when I got home..and yea i guess the 20w is a battery. But i was thinking like a single 18650
its not Fasttech that is slow.... its the hang time in US Customs that does it.... Ive had stuff from Fasttech get to the US in 2-3 days but gets delayed in Customs for 9-11 days and then another 1-2 days to get to me from USC...

2. Make sure order is over $20.
I've ordered dozens of times from fasttech. Usually 9-14 days from China to Cali unless there's a strike at the docks or some other nonsense no one can control.
Strangely enough, Fasttech is usually on point.
