Like many others here I was an accidental quitter. I bought the ecig cause it was to cold to go outside every hour during work, so I figured I can use the ecig in the interim. After using analogs and ecigs for a few months, I just woke up one day and decided I was done with analogs. The scary part of this, was I didn't even have to try to quit, it just happened.
It's something that I enjoy, but I'm tired of hiding it and feeling like a leper. It's time to quit.
I've used it at happy hour at OTB, in the Jeep, but I don't think friends who haven't smoked understand it. I don't care, but it would be nice to be able to puff on it without people assuming it's smoke or treating it as such.Jennie, I think about that, too. I'm getting used to puffing on my ecigs in public now, though, because "I know" it's not a real ciggy.
I'm sure that anyone who sees me puffing on my eGo and sees the smoke-like vapor coming out will automatically assume I am smoking. I guess the real challenge will be to try and pull it out and start puffing on it in a restaurant or scarier yet, on an airplane! Imagine the horrorrrrr..
