Sorry for your experience, sounds frustrating. You might want to try keeping at it and looking up some videos on how to properly use all of your equipment. There's no reason everything should keep tasting burnt.. sounds like it's something you're doing, not the equipment since it's happening to everything you buy.

It's not a gimmick. There are thousands of people on this forum alone that have been off tobacco for months and years. Your post had my sympathy till I had to roll my eyes at that.

I didn't read through the whole thread, but have seen people mention the boge cartos. I agree with this whole heartidly. They're so cheap, if you even somehow managed to use a new one every day, it would still be a whole lot cheaper than analogs and give you a fresh new taste every day. They should last around a couple weeks, but since they can be found for $1.50 a piece, if you decide to trash them more frequently, it's not a huge loss $-wise :) For the price, I don't think there's anything out there that can beat them.

Wow, I cannot believe the response I got from this thread. I have not read all your posts yet but I see some of you are recommending different devices. I will take your advice and report back in a few weeks. I really want to quit analogs and I see this as a way of accomplishing that goal, and getting my fix at the same time ;)

Again, you have all been very helpful. I was not expecting such a response.

Vaping does certainly have its frustrations. I am fairly new at it myself and I have some days where nothing comes together - either none of my favorite juices tastes good or some part of my equipment is not working properly. It does take a commitment and a real desire to make vaping work. I wish you success and hope you do try again.

All you need is a Darwin from evolv...some fusion cartomizers from Ikenvape, and some juice from backwoods brew and tasty vapor....i know everything is subjective, but this is the perfect vape for me and some people i got on e-cigs...cigga what? cigga who?

I wish I would have gotten this to start out with...I spent quite a bit of money until I found my perfect vape...But being able to breathe better and getting some of your senses flowing again is priceless!

Hi P. I said in an earlier post that I would do a video about the burnt atty thing - I know you are mostly a carto user but just in case you switch to atties heres the video I promised.

It features two mods in one: the first is the one I mentioned and involves de-bridging/de-wicking your atty...if you don't want to be bothered with this and prefer to get the most out of a new atty you can still use pipe screens to increase your vape time from a single drip by folding a "donut" shape around your existing atty bridge.

Anyway here is the video with full breakdown in the description - good luck!

Haven't posted much- seem to be more involved in other groups (me bad) but I can see the frustration in many people in those other forums stems from getting equipment and e-juice from random places. I have had my joyEgo since Dec10, 2010 and have the same batteries, probably gone through 10 atomizers and am personally on 1:1 with many venders. I have experimented a little with juices and have one or two bigtime mistakes. But overall the long strange trip has been great and I've saved a bundle.
