I'm having an argument with my marketing department. One of us thinks the additive should be heavily promoted because those lacking humor will desperately want to buy it.
The other says that those without a sense of humor will not want that additive because they are happy just the way they are. We should stealth it into the juice, as a service to mankind. Kind of like how BT puts who knows what in their tobacco.
I was hoping we could break the deadlock here. What say ye?

Make 2 lines. One line will have 10% sense of humor added and be heavily promoted as such. The other line will be sold as "humorless", but you will stealth add it for the good of mankind. :D

I think stealth is the way to go, because those without a sense of humor don't even know what it is, or see it as unnecessary.

For the good of mankind? And we lose a freedom to choose?

Yes, absolutely, because those without a sense of humor are in the same group as those over in the other thread, people looking high and low for a reason to be offended. If those people were to grow a sense of humor, they wouldn't be so eager to be offended.

This discussion brings to mind the age old question:

"why buy a 'sports car' to drive around town at the speed limit?"

    along with the timeless answer:

    "because we can."

At the end of the day in my mind: heat is what produces vapor, larger coils have more surface area (to potentially vaporize more juice) and some folks like a 'tight draw' while others like a more unrestricted draw.

I suppose a 1.8ohm coil could fit in an RTA and the air control turned down to emulate a Aspire Nautilus (or other tanks in that classification). The user benefits from being able to replace the wick and coil without the $1-4 cost the local B&M vape shops are charging.

The correct answer: Because speed limits are for those other cars

I'm actually working on that now, using a Provari and a Subtank Mini with a 1.9-2.0 ohm coil on the RBA deck. Not for regular use, but for stealth vaping in bars and in other public places. I think it needs a comprehensive plan that includes low power and the right juice. I'm playing with unflavored 45/45/10, hoping the distilled water cuts the clouds down further. I think it does? But I've heard differing opinions on that.

I was impatient and bailed on high voltage vaping back when that was the only alternative to 3.7v. I never got the right resistance atty to go with my 5v mod, and it burned everything, so I stayed with 3.7v + 1.5 ohm attys for over 4 years.

I was late to the party because I checked out of the vaping scene for 3 years and didn't keep up on anything that occured after the initial Darwin release. When I got my first vw mod in January and started sub ohming, I was in heaven. It's what I always dreamed vaping could be like. I started modestly vaping a Subtank at around 23w and stayed with that for a few months, but different tanks and a little while later and I build everything around 0.26 ohm and hit it between 40-50w now. It makes single battery mods useless, but I like this combo and it works for me so I'm unlikely to change anything for a while.

Isn;t everyone a 'tootle puffer' at one time. I know i didnt get into rebuildables and the actual hobby of vaping until after 6--8 months after I bought my first starter kit ( itaste with a nautilus mini). So i guess at one point I was a tootle puffer also.
Those were the good old days. From what I read here, a guy walking into a Vape shop now days to see what vaping is about is set up with a Mech Mod and a 0.15 ohm coil. So they go straight into at least ModWomper mode :)

I started with a CE4, then CE5 then EVOD, and then finally Nautilus a couple months later (?). I wish I had skipped all that stuff before at least the Nautilus.

there are RTA that are made for higher ohm coils.my EK V3 and kayfun work great with 1.5 -1.8 coils. my orchids have to much airflow and work well wit a 0.85 build but are to airy for anything higher.without sports cars who would keep the cops distracted and support small towns with speeding tickets:lol:

I build my own coils and make my own juice.but still do not like sub-ohming. I have only found one flavor that taste good in my orchids (0.85 ohm build) everything else taste too harsh and gives much better flavor in a cooler tank.sub-ohming is just one style of vaping and is not popular with everyone. those of us that are cool do not have to try to look cool:lol:
