Isnt nic pretty much harmless? I considered lowering it until I read up on the long term effect of nicotine, which are pretty much as harmless as caffeine. Could someone have some type or rare negative reaction to nic?
i'm working at the computer for long periods or watching tv i will switch to a lower nic level so i can chain vape and not get over nic-ed.
Lets not kid ourselves, nicotine is a toxic substance that increases blood pressure. The less nic the better. Caffeine isn't good either.
Have a vaper friend who is battling Raynauds, so higher nic is definitely not good for them, and they are trying to reduce their nic mg.
There are, as you say, many health conditions where nicotine isn't good.
There are a few health conditions for which nicotine IS good though, certain digestive diseases, for instance.
This is why it's an individual thing. There should never be blanket statements made about the effect of any substance on any individual.
To get back on topic and stop the measuring of dicks before it gets started. I started using a dripper and the 18mg or 24 mg is just too high. I have to make a point of putting it down. I also want to eventually not use nicotine.
If I follow your logic:
Cigarette smoke is good for colon ulcers, so saying that cigarettes are bad is just a blanket statement?

We must not be talking the same thing, Steam?
Cigarette smoke and nicotine are not the same things to me.
I don't really know of anything that cigarette smoke is "good" for.
There are, however, several conditions that nicotine seems to help, like UC.
. We both know we are the same size. And BTW I don't think that we are measuring. We both know we are the same size.
I've gone from 24mg down to 6mg, and I sure am happy about it.I had to lower my nic level as my gear got better and my builds improved and started vaping at high watts. The nic delivery was just to much all of a sudden, and it would take me up to an hour to come down after a vape break. So I've dropped from 24mg to 12mg of nic.
Nicotine intake is a matter of personal choice. Just like consumption of alcohol is. I choose not to drink alcohol but I don't have any plans on quitting my nic intake, may adjust it as needed, but just purchased an 18 month supply of nicotine base so that I won't run out for awhile. I don't smoke I vape, and that is all that is important to me right now.
I will use different nic levels based on what i am doing and how much time i have to vape. On a quick break i will vape at a higher nic for maybe 7-10 puffs. i'm working at the computer for long periods or watching tv i will switch to a lower nic level so i can chain vape and not get over nic-ed.
