Instead of you gotta try it to know, how about you gotta hold it to know. My provari mini version without the battery weighs as much as most of my mods with the battery. It's just rock solid. Instead of chalking it up to fan-boyism, have you ever considered that the reason you keep seeing the same comment over and over is because it's true?

I can't imagine being happier with a mod than I am with my Vamo. I haven't tried a provari because I don't know anyone that has one but I'm thinking they both have buttons that you push and then vapor comes out of a hole at the top. The fact that I could drive mine over with a car.. destroy it.. and not care is a selling point for me. I'll just pick another one of up for 27$ I guess.

That said I like nice toys and will prob buy a provari when both my vamo's die. Hopefully that won't be soon.

Or maybe its like with call of duty one kid buys it says its fantastic to his mate so he buys it and on and on it goes call of duty is one of the most shortest simple fps crap going but people are hooked on it people are sheep and they always will copy each over.

The amount of people saying flat screen TVs was amazing quality when they first came out and I allways checked and looked at flat screens and they was honestly garbage at the time. I don't own a pro vari but its not hard to see its defiantly a out dated device now I suspect in its day it was the best device going but not so sure now.

Hmmm, a ProVari outdated? Only if a '72 Chevelle is outdated. No, I would not say that.

It is a performance, no frills device. It is not subtle or sneaky, and it is what it is proudly. No VW? No problem, for 95% of actual ProVari owners.

I would argue my eVic has some cool features my ProVari lacks, but I would not call my ProVari outdated.

You've GOT to be kidding me. They edited out the music? Is THAT what we've become?

I give up.

I once asked Phil if it was his wife who did that "can i taste yaw juice?" voiceover at the start of each review...his reply was "i hope not, I got that from a porn star".

No one is saying they hate the provari that's you lot saying it lmao at the end of the day its obviously a strong well made device as you all a love it but its certainly not worth the money not compared to other vv/vw mods. Almost any one with a vw device loves the feature and if the provari is to stay at the top they need a upgrade and soon and a price drop a good example is the iPhone when it came out it was top end best phone going but now its loosing its position to cheaper more feature rich android phones forcing iPhone to bring a new cheaper model.

From now on, when I see someone in this forum asking if the ProVari is worth the $$$, I'm just going to tell them straight up to grab a Vape-Pro instead and save some money AND gain some more features without compromising sturdy construction.

I agree. I can't see spending the money on a provari. I think there are to way to many other choices that have more features and costs less money. I mean for $30 you can get a vamo that has more features!

I know the quality on the provari is better. But for the price of 1 provari I can get what; about 7 vamos? Now FastTech carries the itaste SVD for $39!

But of course, there are people out there that want to make you feel like you're not a TRUE vapor without at least one provari in your collection.

Has anyone actually bought or tried a Provari and hated it? It seems most haters have not tried it or just don't get the quality. It has probably been slapped down by non users because of no W reading or puff counter, but really I doubt an owner would pitch a Provari to get those. JMO tho! bnrk

I just received my Provari this past Monday and I wouldn't say I hate it but certainly wasn't very impressed after reading the hundreds of thousands of fan boy threads around.

In the end if you have nothing better to do with your money, buy a Provari. Otherwise move on and you won't be missing a thing. Most certainly one of the most over hyped devices on the market.

while I would pay more for better build quality(which goes a long way), I still haven't transitioned over to a VV/VW setup yet. my setup consists of the SB, dingo with extension tube, the BB, and the caravela clone v.2

I hear ya...and of course not everyone is going to have the same opinion. The way I see it though is simple mathematics. If my APV gets lost/stolen/breaks...I'd rather be out $30 than $200 any day of the week. I'm a vaper on a budget!

I mean, it's not like eliquid will taste better because it came from a provari over a vamo. For me personally, I just can't see spending that kind of money for something that I will probably replace in a few months anyways.
