Every device has its pro's and con's. I love my eVic. One of the better things I've invested in. Sure it has its quirks like the top of the control head popping out before it was fixed and things like that. Development can only make it better.

The software part of it can fine tune a lot of things. Who knows, maybe at some point they will increase the volts/watts as high as can be done on the batteries they contain. I don't need anything above 10w so this is not a factor for me.

I will continue enjoying the development of this APV.

Let's see, I've had mine for a week now and I'm really enjoying it! At the moment I only use it at home and use my Twists when I'm at work. Just need to find some kind of lanyard for it so I can hang it around my neck.

Complaints?? Hmmmm... can't think of any right now.

I havent heard any official announcement yet on v1.3, all i know is something is coming soon. It'll feel like i got a whole new mod considering i just got the new black body kit, and with a new update, its brand new!!

1.3 is the current firmware fyi. I think 1.4 is next or maybe they will skip to 2.0

Tucson, it's a dry heat
Three months into vaping, I now own 2 eGos, 1 itaste VV/VW, MVP, K100, and 2 evics. The Evics are by far my favorites. They tell me exactly what's going on with my vaping. Evod or Protank not firing? - check the ohms on the Evic. Battery running low? I know way in advance on the Evic. I can switch PVs for days, but I always go first to my Evics. When I'm rebuilding a coil, the Evic will tell me if I did it right. Want new features? no need to buy a new mod, wait til the new firmware comes out. I guess I'm like Mr. Rogers; I like to be told.

I feel so spoiled by my Evics - I'm never giving them up!

Joytech website already anounce the 2.0 a couple of week ago. So stay tune

BTW.
I love the look, the screen, and the easy of use and setup. I can do all essentials in main screen without using the menu, click and hold and triple click auto scroll are awesome.

I didnt like the cheapy feel and rattleing buttons.

I was trying to stay quiet today, but I found something, I think I am going to try, at my local e-cig shop. I don't know if there are other places but here is a link.

I love it because I was looking for something that I can vape all day long with on vv with out changing the battery or filling juice up I have mine with a phat 5.5 liquinator and a 3400mah battery I vape more than 3mls per day specially now am down from 24 mg to 12 mg also it has so many features that other mods don't have it has lots of accessories it never miss fired the only thing that i would like is to be able to bypass the 10s protection timer and it will be a perfect vaping device but still i love it

Well I don't really like, the lanyard idea, but I think I am going to get 1 anyway, and modify it to be a belt holster, I don't know why holsters are so hard to find for these. I have an old belt clip from an old cell phone that has a quick release, that I am going to try to attach this thing to. I was going to make the leather sheath myself, but I think this will be easier. I just don't like the other holsters that I have looked at.

I've seen those. What I'd like to see is someone make a replacement cone with an eyelet for a lanyard... That would be awesome.

I think that one of those webbed belt holster for a C battery size flashlight would do the trick.
