Well see I looked like a jackass but got one answer lol.
You didn't look like a jackass. It's just that there are so many threads from people who haven't tried dripping stating that high watts is crap and people who do are market victims and such. Might be true to an aspect, but high watts = more flavour for sure. I hope I din't sound rude before.

depends,me personally I only do drippers,
not for cloud chasing

but for calculable juice usage,
10-15 drops, and its more or less I sign for me to stop...

plus the falvors on drippers are a bit more ,compared to tanks I think
Dripping and driving is dangerous. I am amazed they haven't passed a law making it illegal yet.... think of the children!!! ;)

With high watts, you need a lot of airflow, and if you want mouth-to-lung hits, then high airflow is a very bad thing. I keep my watts around 10, because I like a tight-ish draw, for mouth-to-lung hits; if I turn the watts up, it gets too hot on my lips, or even burns the wick. Some RDAs are made for high airflow, so you can use .001 coils and 100 watts of power without burning anything, take a huge whooshing lung hit and create weather with the exhale; some RDAs are more about flavor, and usually accommodate a tighter airflow for those who MtL. The Magma is one of the latter -- sure you CAN use two of the largest holes and get huge airflow and clouds -- but for those who just want a vape and not a weather maker, the Magma is ideal.

Yeah when I first got my Subtank and mvp, it was hot and burnt my lips, then just opened up the airflow and loving it. I don't know how I vaped so long with tanks without airflow.
Initially I thought a tight draw was the bees knees UNTIL my 1st wide open draw...... I'll never look back. A tight draw is now akin to sucking a watermelon threw a straw.

If you are a collector and/or the adventurous thrill seeker type, I am glad there are so many choices for that vaperist. But there are also many that try a few and find exactly what they want. Since I began using a reo, I have not been tempted (yet) because I am that satisfied with my vaping. We each must find our own way. The direction maybe different, but the goal is the same.

As long as you are happy and decigatized. . . it ALL good.

Hey guys, lots of good opinions in here. Not sure if OP wants another one, but I figured I throw a hat in too, because I think its a ubiquitous state that vapers get into - "why would I ever need X". I think the car analogies and personal preference goes without saying, but if OP is interested, here is a summary of my progression.

4 months after quitting, I thought I had reached the pinnacle - rebuilding protank 2 minis on an innokin itaste VV V.3; heaven. I was dead-set on a mouth2lung inhale, and at the time, this setup ruled. Buddy introduces me to dripping, and I reluctantly start taking direct lung inhale rips on .5 coils; I am told, "welcome to flavor country." Mechanical mods and sub ohm dripping became mandatory, and I did this for about 7-8 months.

In January, 1 year after quitting stinkies, I could have easily posted OP's same question. By pure curiosity and "treating myself" for a vaperversary, I bought a mutation X V2. The tremendous airflow produced a vapor that was cold and flavorless - I was super disappointed with it on a mechanical (infinite stingray x black copper clone).

So I bought a Sigelei 100W plus... I had crossed an unprecedented rubicon with this setup, and can relate directly to OP's question - "how much more could I ever want?"

So we all reach this plateau at different places. Currently, my adv is a .24ohm build with 22ga running on the sigelei at around 90 watts - 3mg 85/15 vg/pg diy juice. The flavor is wild and the clouds make haze.

Anyway there's just another story for ya - affirming everyone's preferences in the process. The cave analogies are also quite descriptive I think, as many other people's vaping preferences were solely responsible for expanding my own. So like many others, I can't imagine vaping any other way either.

hahahahhaha

lucky me I don't really drive :)

I ride a motorcycle..
:),

no need to vape there :)

I used to date a guy who rode a motorcycle, and one thing I loved was that this guy was about 6'6", 240 lbs... so I could smoke while tearing down the freeway, in the little pocket his huge body made -- and he loved it because I'd already have a smoke going, so he could get a puff or two at redlights. :D

one of those Harleys I am guessing?
hard to take a smoke while riding...
even when I was still onto analogs.

Cool Tripdubz. One thing I'll take from this story. I'm not even going to mess with anything better lol. I don't want to find something I like even better. I like what I have so much right now I'm just going to stay right here and save some money.
See, this right here says it all for you. With that mentality you'll do just fine & may possibly save yourself some money. 3 mos into vaping I was already $3-4K in the hole because there was always something new to try.
Almost2 yrs in & I'm still buying new stuff cause well……I like new stuff & haven't said a dime.

I bought all three of my mods over a year ago, and even with all of the hundreds of new mods out there, I have no interest in buying any of them, I have what suits me.

The only other thing I would really want is a real Kayfun. doesn't have to be the Kayfun 4. Kayfun mini light plus would do me. Sadly they are still running $100 :(
Does $70.00 sound better? Vaperev Shop - Kayfun Lite They are out of stock at the moment, but you can sign up to get notified when they get some more in.
