Same here when they all get here I will have 7. I will test them all to find the perfect one for me.

Good luck with that ;)...they'll all have their idiosyncrasies and multiple ways to set them up using ceramic, silica, mesh, cotton, etc...each will taste/vape different and that will depend on your mood, juice, geographical location, moon phase...

Sure, you'll have favourites, then comes the angst of whether you'll be able to re-create that perfect build again on it...and there will be a lot of "fails", in frustration you set it aside and re-build something else, nail it and you'll sit back, exhale a fog of nummy vape and say to yourself, ok, I need to expand my "perfect" scale from 1 to 5, to 1 to10, next month, it'll be out of 20...

Sometimes I think about just picking 1-2 of my most go-to mods and blowing out the rest on the classys...who am I kidding:laugh:

Trying to do just that.

Leaving me with just a couple of ProVaris, Sturm Mod, VMod, Altoids Vv box, Z Atty and a couple of Hellfires mini and maxi.

Getting rid of everything else apart from 2 Ego battery's.

Ok nearly doing that lol Still got the Spartan to add but after that one that is all!

Rebuilt an IO6 last night using SS mesh with a half (two strands) of michaels cotton yarn, no solder, just tucking, brand new coils

So far its hitting like a monster!

only issue is, somehow my resistance was 1.5 ohms until I assembled and get everything set up, and then it became a stable 1.2 lol. Every once in a while the Provari says  e.g. E1, seemingly randomly

I'm going to have to take it apart and add another wrap, but man, it works. Don't throw those dead atomizers out, one day the fever will strike, and you'll wish you hadn't...

If your wire length equals to 1.5 ohms, and reads 1.2 when assembled, it means part of the coil is shorting out. When Provari reads E1, its a short. So basically your mesh isn't oxidized well, but your coil isn't making good contact with the mesh either. Thats why you get "random" shorts.

I can't help it. I have to try it is my new hobby. I will set each one up with a juice that works well for that rba. I am a juice junky and vape at least 7 different flavors a day and have 20 favorites. I tried selling some mods and people just wanted them cheaper then I was willing to let them go for.

That was the point I was clumsily trying to make, this is a hobby (obsession?)...I'm not sure I will ever get that "perfect" vape...not sure I want to...that will mean I've learned everything I need to know, and finished :(

btw, that's one of the coolest avatars I've seen...

I've been vaping only my DIY peppermint juice for close to a year now, mostly in the same wattage range (well, duh! :glare:) and I still seem to be going strong with this obsession ... err ... hobby.

I'm also typically a 1-2 juice kinda guy...TPA's Juicy Peach and Lorann's Blackberry...however my buddies are also juice DIY'ers so it's cool that I get exposed to their "best juice ever" chases ;)
