OK I am obviously new to the scene. Everyone has given glowing reviews of WL and their product. Being new I obviously have never dealt with them. That being said, I am finding this extended period without stock to be quite annoying and lacking for a company. From you veterans, is it worth waiting any longer? Do we have any clue when they will be up again? Are there any other places for liquids that is comparable in price and quality. Anxious to start mixing, and just about at my wits end with this company. Thanks all. :toast:

I suspect that moving a laboratory is something that must be planned well in advance. The timing of their move coincided with a sharp increase in demand which I don't think they foresaw many months ago when deciding to move. I can accept that caused this delay.

If I was low, I would just use another quality nic vendor - there are a number of them reviewed here on ECF.

My hope is that they set some reasonable limit on initial nic orders when they re-open so that more customers are served after this wait.

What are you ordering? Some flavors are out of stock and most nicotines. I'd try RTSvapes. Unfortunatelt, www.ecigexpress.com is also closed today. The latest rush caught lots of vendors up short.

I've ordered from them several times recently (of course didn't find out about them until they were in the process of moving and everything is horribly delayed, ...) The processing takes a couple of days but I got my orders relatively quickly. The stocking issue is annoying but once they are fully situated, I would definitely check them out. In the meantime, I recommend TPA/TFA for flavorings. Just got some more flavors from them today (since WL was out of stock of the flavors I want) The benefit, IMO, buying from WL opposed to just getting it straight from TFA/TPA (since most of my flavors are from them anyway) is you get a larger amount of product when you order from WL. The downside, at least at the moment, is the stocking issue. So for now, I suck it up and buy straight from TPA and there's no stocking issue but I get less product.

Unfortunately with the upcoming FDA deeming regulations, I think all nic suppliers will be short as people stock up. As mentioned WL's move and its timing made for the perfect storm. I just got my first order from WL, ("ice" nic, some flavorings and glass mixing supplies) and the quality is exceptionable in both the product and packaging. I will definitely be ordering again.

i get most of my flavorants from the flavor apprentice,of course they don't carry nic juice.

P.S. i give up on wizard labs for a couple of months.

I rather prefer RTS, since they package in glass bottles. The glass bottles go straight into the freezer; whereas, just about everyone else's nicquid comes in plastic bottles, so I have to repackage into glass before freezing. And RTS's quality seems to be about as good as Wizard's.

I wish Wizard the best of luck. They're a quality firm. Setting up a new extraction laboratory, which is basically what a move entails, can involve more time than anyone could reasonably plan for.

My RTS nic comes in a plastic bottle. I have a bunch of 2oz glass bottles that I am transferring it into for putting in the freezer, that way I can just take one out to use when I mix and leave the rest in there.

I have never ordered from WL as I am new to this but so far I have been pretty happy with the nic from RTS and Ecigexpress.

I placed an order on 2/8/13 for nic etc got it on 20th. Like it was people are going crazy with orders stocking up on juice and nic.

They, we are. FDA rulings & all that good stuff coming down in April, so no one knows what's going to happen. If BP decides they want to use nic, we're basically screwed.:(

I placed an order sometime earlier this month and picked it up at their facility yesterday. But then I knew they were behind when I placed it so I wuzz surprised when they called me. There are a few factors involved. One, their move which they probably would have overcome by now if it were the only thing. Two, the unpredictable panic buying and excessive stockpiling as a result of the FDA thing. Three, the Chinese New Year. Not that they use Chinese products but the companies that do and are subject to the same panic buying couldn't get theirs so their customers turned to American producers. Another American producer announced an increase of 400% in sales for unknown reasons. I've been vaping for two years and am willing to wait patiently for the top quality products they have sent me.
