It shows you carry black, white, and chrome. Are the chrome ones the kind you can use in tanks? Meaning they don't have any wrap on them?

Hello I just tried the black as well as white & chrome.
I believe they are painted so there is no sticky extra wrapper around them.
But as of right now i am using a Joyetech 1000mah USB Manual Battery Passthrough with a cone cover and one black dual coil Cartomizer and it is crazy AWESOME.
I also Found out when you fill them the longer they soak the better the taste is (Maybe it's just me)

I would use only chrome for tanks. I don't think these have any coatings that would prevent you from using in tanks.

The black , white and chrome will all fit over the cone
there is no paper coating on nether I am using the black and white as I type
