WOW, V4L truly is the best!

I consider myself so lucky that I didn't go through other vendors, and learn the hard way. I have this forum to thank for that, I spent time reading, and hoping to figure out what would be best for me. I was nervous about it, it was a good amount of money for me, if I didn't like this, or it hadn't worked to get me off cigs, I would have lost more money then I could afford.

Obviously I chose V4L as my very first vendor, and I stopped smoking the day I got my starter kit, I have placed 3 or 4 orders since then...and have not smoked. That alone makes me deliriously happy. But the customer service I have found with this company is above and beyond, something you just don't find nowadays in any industry. I will ALWAYS be a customer...forever, and ever, and ever.

V4L made a mistake with my last order, but the mistake was to my benefit. I called them up right away, since they have always been so good to me ( with free sample cartos, and wonderful discounts) I know companies can't take too many losses, having been in business for myself. I was prepared to mail back the products mistakenly sent to me, but they said to enjoy them

Truly above, and beyond! I told the wonderfully nice lady on the phone I felt like I hit the lottery, and she said congratulations,lol. Truly I am so impressed, and do feel like I hit the lottery. Thank You V4L, you will always be my goto place for all my vaping needs ...forever, and ever, and ever, and ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats on breaking the cigarette habit, and on making a good choice from the start with V4L! After I made a couple false starts with e-cigs (stupid blu's) I went with V4L because of posts like yours - so many people here were so happy with the company and the product, I figured if I tried it and didn't like it then it probably meant that e-cigs weren't for me. But now I've officially started my third week with no tobacco, and I'm glad I came around - and happy to be a loyal customer.

And *welcome* to the board/forum, and for laying the analogs down! Like you, I’m so glad that I learned about Vapor4Life shortly into my purchasing experience, but unfortunately I wasted the first $92 order on another product. Other’s have tossed more than that to the wind in the beginning, so I still consider myself fortunate.

I so understand where you’re coming from...V4L is the *best* online business I’ve ever ordered from. Never in my wildest dreams would I’ve ever thought an online biz could beat Amazon, but V4L definitely has in my book. Don’t recall Amazon ever giving me anything free. LOL. The big A offers great products, fast service, with free shipping as a Premium Member, but V4L blows them out of the water with the personal care they have given me!

Here’s just one example of many experiences I’ve had with them:
A few days ago, I went to V4L’s website looking for another blue regular manual bat. Didn’t see it on their drop-down list, but decided to check out their juices while there and found the Peppermint in the strength I use, so I snapped up 6 30ml bottles. Mentioned this in passing in the comment section when ordering and low and behold when my juice came in...there was a *gorgeous* blue battery!!! FREE!!! I don’t know which was more exciting to find in the package...the 6 bottles of my beloved Peppermint juice, or the bat!

V4L is always sending something special in my orders and I can’t thank them enough for how well they’ve treated me from the very beginning. Vapor4Life is TOP DOG among ALL the OTHER online businesses as far as I’m concerned!

V4L was my third vender I have tried. Starter kits purchased from both previous venders. I spent a lot of money on them. 100 bucks on the first, another 115 on my second vender. I only spend 50 on V4L and was blown away. I have since probably spent about 200 more dollars here at V4L. I am glad to spend the money and glad I finally found my vape company.

They are the best. I too received extra stuff in an order and was told to keep it. This is a great way for them to keep those customers coming back. Along with their fast shipping and great customer service, they will throw in a freebie once in awhile which I think is great!!

I continue to be amazed at how lucky I was to find V4L and this forum! It's like finding another home with delicious goodies always out on the table So, welcome to the family!

I was as happy as could be with their products until I read everyone raving about peppermint and now I am DELIRIOUS! I keep finding treasures in their stock!! I owe it all to that certain company I initially decided to order from being out of stock! Everything on their website shouted, "disorganized!!" and that continues to be the case So, with a little more research and a chance encounter with the V4L forum (plus a little judicious lurking), I found a second home And it's so good to see the family continue to increase!!!

I started off at a mall vendor, simply because I couldn't WAIT to get off the analogs... I was about ready for a new carton and I just wanted to avoid it... I didn't care that I spent $90 for a batt, charger case and 2 5 packs of carts... I had already ordered from another v company and it was expensive too...

I found V4L through this forum and have been ordering supplies every week... I love the specials and my favorite flavors have been found here... WOWbacco and Cafe Mocha... I also love the occasional surprises of juice and cart samples that get thrown in...

I'm a regular customer and really don't have much desire to go anywhere else at this point... I usually order on the weekends and I love my midweek envelopes of goodies... shipping is very dependable and while they may be out of something I ordered, they absolutely make up for it in the absolute perfect substitutions when necessitated...

as one example, I ordered the sampler tobacco shop pack. They were out but gave me a pack of WOWbacco instead... After tasting it, I am happy that they didn't send the sampler... WB is my favorite right now and I just ordered up a bunch of juice to be sure I don't run out.

My wife is ordering from them also... now, I just gotta be sure she uses the great sales codes...
