WTB an RBA

I,m looking for an rba i did a lot of reading and think a kayfun Lite is a good one i don't like a tight draw so i,m looking for one with an airflow control i found this one on ebay

is this a good choice? if not were can i get one for a reasonable price
the Russian 91% looks real good too but i can't find one any were for under 100 bucks and there clones seams like a lot for a clone
I have all ready ordered an Aqua style clone any helps is appreciated
