yes unfortunatly although my work is mostly at the databases technical side of things...I see ALOT of rows and columns throughout the day LOL.....just wish we didn't have those pesky users messing up our databases

A data manager's lament.

You can only control input SO much. The rest, well, we know what happens to the rest.

I am fortunate that one of the things I actually enjoy (believe it or not) is cleaning up the messes.

The one thing I find pretty funny is they have used Christmas as an excuse twice. When I have told them I received two orders from China that were placed at the beginning of December and received a week (or better) prior to Christmas I get no response.

Just an update, I sent the Mini Ecig group an e-mail on Sunday explaining that I had waited a responsible amount of time (over two months) and that a replacement shipped expedited or a refund needed to be resolved immediately. Not surprisingly I have not received a response.

Ooh yes...I'm in europe and experienced the same woes a couple of months ago...(although a little less severe)....such a shame they manage to give such a nice mod such a bad name by having such inadequate customer services.
I had a little extra in my year end bonus and going to spend it on some extra vapocalypse mods....was thinking about one or two extra Xvosticks....but than remembered the hassle and now I'm going for some Dicodes Dani Boxes.

Does anybody aware of that new batch of Xvostick Limited Editions are coming without logo Limited Edition..I just informed after i gave my order.They told me that they can cancel my order and refund total amount if i wish.This is not a big problem but i really can not understand how they do not inform buyers about that information.Is it too difficult to give that information on their web site? It was also stated that Xvostick Limited edition are in stock but it took more then one week to be delivered to my address..I have to admit that they respond quick to my questions but i am really disappointed with their behaviour.
