I think they need to sort out their website really. The Lite is still showing shipping in 3 weeks, and has been for about 3 weeks...Mine is now on the way. I guess yours is the reverse problem. Anyway, hopefully we will both be with stick soon!

Looks like the xvo lite has shipped! Much quicker than I thought. Thanks for the regular updates to all at mini-ecig!! Looking forward to this one muchly!!

So I will start by saying I backed out of the other thread because it was just frustrating. Really very little culpability for bad business.

I sent an e-mail yesterday asking Mini to check the status of my tracking as it had not changed, still says it's on it's way. It most be on the slowest boat in the universe and they even used Christmas as and excuse. Their response, wait another week. I purchased the device on the 11/1, shipped (maybe) on 11/23 and I should wait another week. They say they will send me another if that one didn't arrive.

Why in the hell would I want them to ship me another one, I would have to wait another two months.

I placed several orders from China and within three weeks I had the items in my hand with reliable tracking the entire way.

I watch the Plumes of Hazard on Monday's because overall it can be informative and they are strong activists of vaping. Tonight they were talking about the Mini and said while they like the device that mini-ecig is the worst company they have ever done business with, two guy purchased and both have a bad taste from the experience.

And what do they call the mod when they talk about it, the tosser mod, and they don't mean throwing it :)

I can't believe they haven't taken care of you yet, Marc. It's downright absurd, and they should be embarrassed - and should have shipped you a new one via space shuttle.

So sad to read this. :( I seriously wonder if chels has any idea what LittleWeaselDonkey is doing.:cry:

These reviews won't disappear any time soon.

The one thing I find pretty funny is they have used Christmas as an excuse twice. When I have told them I received two orders from China that were placed at the beginning of December and received a week (or better) prior to Christmas I get no response.

They have a nice device so they believe it will carry them, they do not seem very concerned about CS.

I would have bought one and if I liked it I would have bought another.
Instead I will buy a Radius and if I like it...

Marc, this has just gone from bad to worse, and I'm so sorry that you're going thru this. Mini's CS has been discussed to the nths and it's incredibly sad. I have a feeling that Chels might not even know a lot of what's going on.

Hey Marc - I'm having some difficulty locating what you were referring to. This episode is very recent. Did you mean to pull that one?

I recall one from a couple/few months back, that @pokemom had initially put us onto, that did a pretty good job of outlining some of their experiences. Maybe you meant that one?

It's early, so I may just have missed it. Let me/us know when you can, please? I'm definitely interested. :)
