OK, thanks Marc. I did see the relatively short comments. I'm curious about the "tosser" name. I'm guessing it's something you can print here.

Did you see the other episode I referred to, by any chance? The comments were considerably less innocuous.

I broke down and bought a ProXvoStick from VapinArt with part of my xmas bonus. I wanted to wait for the inevitable clone, but my impatience knows no bounds. I'm hoping for a more satisfying customer service experience from VapinArt than others have dealt with from Mini-Stick...fingers crossed!

Having purchased from both, skot, I can assure you that purchasing from VA is considerably less aggravating. Even if you have a problem (within seven days), it's smooth sailing.

Please do, skot. I have a STRONG feeling that dealing with VA will be MUCH more to your liking than dealing with the Russian/Israeli crew. Sadly, I say that. I wish it weren't so, but unfortunately, too often it has been.

I recall one from a couple/few months back, that @pokemom had initially put us onto, that did a pretty good job of outlining some of their experiences. Maybe you meant that one?

Hmmm, I listened too, and then rewound to try to hear it again, but I really didn't get much from their comments. I did hear "tosser".

I don't believe posting it would be appropriate because it's sexual in nature but it may become more clear with a salad.

And you must have missed where they said they liked (honor mention) the mod but didn't like the company.

Oh I saw it and if I was Mini Ecig I would be concerned. I mentioned it to Chel in an e-mail and he said it was a simple communication problem. He said the same thing to me in an e-mail.

It seems to me that they may want to focus on improving their communication.

Then they've chosen to limit their sales potential. That's too bad.

Many great products, in many industries, have been annihilated from the market due to a cavalier attitude.

This is why I was asking mini-ecig to sign their emails. FWIW the site is in Russia and chels is in Israel. I don't think chels speaks english and I fear emails go to Eugenia and it ends there. A some level I wonder if chels has any idea of the damage that mini-ecig is doing, then again I could be completely wrong.

Funniest part?

I just spent two plus hours with her, speaking on exactly ONE subject. We both TOTALLY forgot about the tossed salad, but who could blame us when we had such an exciting topic of conversation/obsession.

Yes, folks, we were ALL about data management tonight. We ran the gamut, we sure did. Structures, integrity, validations... Heck - we even covered pivot tables!
