Mgm, both my authentic DNA40s and clone one ask at various times new coil or same coil. How often seems completely random 
Sometimes one will do it 5 times in a day, and then that same mod will go 5 days without asking. The clone chip does not seem to do it any more than the authentics. My authentics are all early versions, and some aren't being used anymore because the screens are scrambled.

Ahh thanks for that info. Maybe both have the same issues... Maybe's it's china copy of the dna chip is too good and it's a chip problem. Or the later... I know when I fiddled with the 510 plate it worked much better. What I can see is the plate is threaded into the top end end and it is painted (clone). That has to make for a bad ground.
Before I fiddled with the 510 base where it installs onto the mod my ohms would go up and down. As an example one vape would be .10 ohms the next time .13 ohms then the next .13 ohms back and forth. Now when I set the ohms it does not change at all. Maybe a better ground?? Today I only get that message once and that was at 9am and I have only used 1 mod all day. About 5ml of vaping and one battery change.
I just got the hot glue off the screen...now to dig in and take mod apart....
The top end (clone) you can see where the threads from the top 510 plate come thru the top end. I unscrewed the 510 plate and then used electric grease and reinserted. Ohms staying steady. I would also say I doubt any juice could seep thru and get into the electronics

+1 from me on this. I think the design of the xvo is perfect. I usually stick to 350 batteries in my provaris and 500 in my danis but wanted a 650 (regulated) for out & about - I just don't like really long mods (and to be honest I'm not keen on box mods unless they have an integrated tank or are a side by side). The xvo is just the best design out there for this size battery in my opinion. It is actually the reason I'm holding off on a radius - partly because I want to get the xvo and use it for a while before I buy another mod but mainly because if this works well I'm not sure I will even need a radius (I may still get one but no urgency).
Having used the merkava for the last few days I am really impressed with that too - such a simple atty to build, the juice flow can be closed down completely (& adjusted at any time), the raised parts of the deck stop potential flooding and help to position the wick properly, no leaking & easy peasy top refill - it is a very, very clever design.
I'll continue to support them because I truly do feel that this is an ingenious device, and I'm not sure it can be improved upon (design wise).

Can you post a picture of your build, perhaps on the Merkava thread? I am very happy with the Merkava - it works really great in TC on my DNA devices (for some reason I have had problems with the P4Y IPV4 with a Ti build, though - getting check atomizer error). Merkava thread link is here.

I really hope that they make more of the LE model and wish that VapinArt had a notification system to let you know when stock was replenished.
