Hi
Who knows and loves Chels mods (and knows russian) - welcome to the new topic - "New stick mod with DNA-60" :)

I used google translate and found the interest sign-up form

But I wonder if we cannot just replace the DNA40 in our current Xvosticks?

DNA 60 - Evolv DNA Forum
Brandon/Evolv said:
It is largely the same dimensions as the dna 40 with the following exceptions.

-The inductor on the back of the board is 4mm high like the dna 20 & 30 not 3.5mm like the DNA 40.

-The fire button is the green fire button from the DNA 75 & 200 not the 3.1mm tall button from the DNA 40.

-The adjust buttons are new, taller and clickier than the previous buttons but still waterproof.

- The board has 5 through holes on the bottom for data and charger. Our 1 amp charger has been updated to include USB data pins.

Even just for the improved USB charging port ;)

That's definitely a personal issue, but not worth taking it apart (for my purposes). I have plenty of LG's, and at my vape style, one of those lasts me a very long time.

But yeah, I get the concept. And besides, there are those who will do it simply to do it. I get THAT concept too. :)

If anyone does it, please let us know how it turns out.

Not that I will (at my whoppin' 11 watts), but there are many who would be interested.

Was gonna say, sortta like mams on a bull when I'm vapin at 8 watts. I would like for them to pipe up on a fix for the micro USB port...if there is one. I just don't have the proper test gear to go component to component on the pcb to figure it out. Unless it's just a plain old bad port batch from the manufacturer. In which case they need to mail me a new one! :vapor:

Sounds like a reason for some.

I'm quite happy to exchange my batts, and truly never really liked USB charging.

To each their own (port). ;)

Cheers, dahlink.

Count me interested. I'm not a high wattage vaper, but so like temp control w/ SS. would be awesome to have that option on the tossers (yea, plural).

I hear ya Katillac, this has never been about how I actually use the device, its about providing a quality product to a customer who has paid you for same. For me, it's the principle of the damn thing[emoji41]
