Ok I'm really going to try to get some sleep, I'm going to be sorry tomorrow two nights in a row staying up till after 3.
night everyone.
night everyone.
I read the battery warning section on here somewhere (APV forum?) a couple of weeks ago. It freaked me out. All the warnings. Until I learn what is a real danger or not I am playing it safe. Just like all the warnings on an RX. Or on the RX commericals on TV. There are more side effects and warnings than good outcomes for the drug. I am still in the early learning phase of vaping. I am trying to take it slow. Sometimes I think I know a lot more than I do - that is when I am dangerous so I put myself in slowdown mode. Which is hard for me to do.
The eRoll doesn't take cartomizers or anything else. It has its own proprietary tanks that only hold about 1/2 a ml of juice. They're very cheap, like $1 apiece in a 5 pack. You need a bottle with a skinny dropper cap to fill them, or a syringe, since the opening is very small. Since they hold so little most people just fill up a bunch and carry them in a pill box or something small. You pull off the empty one and pop on a full one in 2 seconds. The attys are a bit pricey at about $5 apiece, but they're easy to clean and last a long time.
The battery is small and is only 90mah. It comes with a PCC (personal charging case) that is 1100mah and resembles an iPhone. You can vape on it for about 1/2 an hour and then you put it into the case to charge back up. It takes 20 minutes to 1/2 an hour to charge and you're good to go again. You can recharge it in the PCC numerous times on one charge.
It looks like a cigarette and feels like one, too. It's meant to be used like a cigarette, vaping it for a while then charging it for a while, then vaping again, and so on. Hope that helps.
The eRoll gives a cloud of vapor much bigger than an ego, even rivaling my Zmax.

The tanks are a pain to fill without a needle tip, I don't have one so I'm using a needle and syringe which works ok but still a bit of a pain.
mine is from Lorann gourmet, pure madagascar bourbon vanilla extract contains: extractive matter of vanilla beans in 35% alcohol
My internet is really hiccuping tonight. Few are getting a "like" from me since they come back as "errors".
There is a buttery flavor warning posted on The Perfumer's Apprentice. The harmful ingredient is not added to eliquids, but a chemical converstion (I know there's a better word) occurs when it's heated and vaped. Vanilla custard concentrate has it, but not vanilla ice cream concentrate. It's a good read. I doubt if all vendors stop using suspect concentrates or notify their customers they are using them.
One thing I liked about Flavor Art was that they were testing all their flavors for unknown substances when vaped. It might be more marketing than anything else, but they have a 'vape-friendly' section and have removed a few flavors. Obviously Perfumer's Apprentance is keeping an eye on the situation. This is the type of testing that would be beneficial for FDA to take the lead in (ha-ha). OSHA put out an advisary for workers that deal with butter flavors; it causes "popcorn lung".
ack! I really am no fun lately. I still have this upper respitory crud and it's pissing me off.

Please still verify if this is safe with Lox or the large informational and warning area at the beginning of the DIY Liquids Forum. I would hate for anyone to hurt themselves by doing this. I do not 100% know the answer. You must verify with an expert.
None of the flavorings we inhale are intended for that purpose and are probably the unsafest part of the whole vaping experience. I'm not gonna do it....just saying.
You're such a buzzkill.(just kidding)
That is the best description of the eroll I have read anywhere on ECF or vendors sites. Great description Thaya. I finally can see what it is from that. Never could quite figure out how it would work in real life.
Yes she uses the pre filled cartomizers. It's easy for her to use. I will see when she comes to visit if she likes anything I have. I'm sure it will be a nice selection if I keep hanging around here lol.
I know I am a buzzkill in this instance. And I am probably being over dramatic. But since I don't know for sure it is safer to verify it is safe than to have one of us or someone cruising through here think it is an OK thing to do. I may be wrong. I may have handled this totally wrong. I don't know. Sorry. I thought I was doing the right thing by saying verify it is safe first. Everybody has vanilla extract in their houses. Who knows what is in it and every brand may be different. A lot of people have the cheap imitation stuff, the store brand or dollar store brand. I am a buzzkill. Sorry.

Gosh, Shari, I was only kidding. Of course it's better to be safe than sorry. I wouldn't have it any other way. You didn't do anything wrong and we love you just for being you.![]()
Sorry ladies, but I have to get to bed. I can't believe I stayed up this long again tonight. It must be the great company.
See you all tomorrow. Goodnight.
You heard her, Shari. NO!!!!
I thought I'd be in vaping heaven with Custard's Last Stand. For me it's meh. I got the 50/50 18mg with no flavor shots that is pre-steeped and overfilled if you order it that way. I'm getting very little taste from it other than a slight sweetness. The Cream Brulee tastes the same way. It's supposed to be CLS with a shot of caramel, but I'm not tasting that either. I'm sure my taste buds are still fried, though.
I saw people on the vendor thread (Nicoticket) raving about it and saying that it burns clean and can be vaped at higher wattage, so I ran it up to 10 watts. It doesn't taste burnt and there's a tiny bit more flavor, but not much. I much prefer my Deadly Sin.
I bet it would be good mixed with another flavor, since I do get the creaminess, just not any vanilla.
