I hear you on all fronts. I lived in San Francisco and the Bay Area for 15 years and then CT shore. You can not live in either place alone on one salary unless you are a high paid professional or are independently wealthy.
I quit for 6 months with the Chantix. Started smoking again and then tried Chantix again and it did not work for me. vaping started as a lark. While buying my carton of cigs, saw a Blu and bought it. Blu would not do the job but google search lead me here and the rest is history in the making.
I am going to be a little pushy here, but hear me out. You need to put up a banner. Especially since you have been vaping for so long and you should be proud of your 10 days cig free. But I would hate to see the 3 years go bye-bye. Wonder if there is a way to do that? My banner with days cig free and how much I save inspires me. But you have been doing so good for so long, I don't know. Would the newness of a smoke free banner inspire you? Maybe there are two banners, can two be posted. I am really happy that you just decided enough with the cigs even though it was only a couple a day.
Those 10 days are something to be proud of and to be celebrated! Yeah! QueenV!

Since I have returned to these pages I found the intestinal fortitude to quit again. Its been ten days since my last cigarette. I was only smoking 1 or 2 a day anyway so no big whoop. When first started vaping I quit immediately and for 9 months. Then I fell off the wagon for various reasons and did both. I never smoked as much as before, but more than I would have liked. I would get frustrated with my equipment and it was so much easier to just light one up. My husband smokes, like a train, and there are always cigarettes around. We are divorced but living together again. We have 2 teenage sons and frankly neither of us could make it on our own.
