My next door neighbor works about 7 or 8 blocks away from the towers. He did not get home until after 11pm. And could not get word to his wife so DH and I sat with her most of the evening while she waited for word of him. It was truly scary.

I had a coworker nearly 70, married her childhood sweetheart. He worked in the towers. He ended up fine but she would ALWAYS say that he still knocks her socks off. She was so cute and so in love.

I'm using this self-portrait as my Halloween avatar since she looks so much like me and all.
I've been around, just not much to say lately. I've gotten so sick of my co-workers on my job I've been looking for a different one. I went on an interview today and have another scheduled for Wednesday. Hopefully something will come of them and I can tell the lazy people I now work with to take their cliques and and their nepotism and shove them.
