Good morning! I forgot to say it before! Hope you all have a great day today!
Holy moly. That did not take long.
This is why I am not particularly worried about whatever the FDA thinks it will be able to do come next month. It will not take long for there to be ways around anything they decide to do.
From what I understand fasttech has people ship returns to an address in Florida. If they really thought about it and wanted to, they could just ship huge quantities of batteries and other questionable items to a warehouse in Florida and ship to the US from there. I would think this would solve one of their current problems revolving around the Chinese postal service.
I've wondered before why they don't do this. Of course, their Florida "operation" is probably just one little old man, processing the returns out of his living room.
) we used to import and private label our own door closers and other door hardware. You need a customs broker and an escrow account for duties and fees. If they actually told the truth on the paperwork and paid the proper fees they'd no longer be able to beat vendor prices. A few years ago I bought $1500 of ecig stuff from a manufacturer and the customs form said $69.00 of battery chargers. I've wondered before why they don't do this. A box will generally make it unscathed through customs a container won't.
You make an excellent point that I did not consider. In following that Fasttech thread, numerous times it has been mentioned that the valuations placed on the packages is way under the actual price paid. Something like a $70 order is valued at $19 or something that ridiculous. And this is mentioned from ECFers in many different countries over the course the thread has been in existence.
You'ld really think he would have learned by nowLOX !!!

Thanks for all the support and kind words. My emotions are such a jumble. We have a long dysfunctional / codependent history. He's such a man-child. I have to be like a parent to him and it's annoying because, like someone said, he's a grown man, and we have actual children. He's never really been an equal partner to me. I've had to shoulder the most of the responsibilities most of the time. I'm a fool for continuing to be involved with him. But I don't like to see anyone suffer, and I certainly don't wish him any harm. I'm not one to kick someone when they are down, and with him it's one crises after another. This is the worst thing so far, and I know he is scared and hurting. I can't help but feel for him. He is family and you take care of family.

You just have to hope that no one is going to try and catch you and cook you for Thanksgiving dinner. That is another beautiful piece of art, by the way.
You really took the bull by the horns and are running with it with the DIY. At least you have found a couple of adv that you like. I tend to like the more complex combination juices and the stuff that even the vendors have a hard time pulling off.
I fell in love with Ahlusion's Caramel Pear Black Tea. So I was presumptuous enough to get a black tea flavor and some pear, to go with my caramel. I am going to play with the black tea and see if there is something I can come up with that I like. I have no allusions (hah!) that I can reproduce something that a well known top vendor can create. But it gives me an incentive to play. I also have some coffee and flavors that compliment it to play with. I bought some double ry4 tobacco and will experiment with that area too. The fruits have me baffled because I find I am not a fruit person outside of liking Lox's Swedish Fish. I am thinking fruit teas and fruits and creamy bases. Lots and lots of thinking going on over here. No actual mixing of anything except thoughts so far.
I think he just likes the mad scientist aspect of creating juices. Then if he comes up with one outstanding one, he has to figure out how he did it and the cycle starts again. Just my thoughts on it. He is an artist at the mixing table.
JJ I found that doubling the nic in the CMCC to 12 gave it the oomph it was lacking on the inhale, I think it is very very good.I would like to figure out how to give it the oomph with low or 0 nic though as I eventually hope to drop to very very low or 0 nic.

When my 30 year old son was little, I had to have a vaporizer in his bedroom and had to run it every night for him. It was pretty simple and cheap and you just had to keep it clean and fill with water every night. I think there was stuff (vicks type) that you could put in it too to help with the breathing. Times have changed so much that I do not know what is available out there now.

{{{{{Vicki!!}}}}} Co-dependency sucks. Still here if you need to yell or hit something, okay?
I'm chowing down on curly fries and a turkey/bacon/ranch sandwich from Arby's mmmm nomnomnom. Beats the heck out of my cooking!
Hope you're all having a great day, I see a lot of contests going on right now, and I'm still eyeballing that sale at HDV dammit!
Have you tried their new smoked brisket? It's WONDERFUL!
I agree with Shari about you being in such a tight spot, but I believe this is a wake up call for YOU. You need to concentrate on taking care of you right now. I understand you don't want to see him suffer any more than he already is, but what about the suffering you have endured throughout this relationship?? It's not fair that he's made you suffer so much throughout your years with him.
He's scared and hurting, and I can understand that. But at the end of the day, does want to be with you as a woman because he loves you, or is it just that he figures you'll be around to continue carrying him??
You are worth so much more than what he's given you, and continues to give you.
