Hey guys ive not been involved with a co-op before and honestly didn't even know what it was till I joined in.
So, how does the payment work?
and from the time you order, generally/historically, how long does it take to recieve what you order?
That's all i can think of now, thanks for any info.
Blaze, If I can help in any way, let me know, I have eay access to PO, just next door really!!!! shipping envelopes, what ev. ok?!

Payment - You pay the the co-op starter... in this case Blaze. It will be the costs of your products from EM. Then add a dollar for shipping (Em to Blaze). Then add on the shipping costs from Blaze to you.

Time it takes - The quicker everyone gets their lists together and pays Blaze. The quicker he can order the items, receive everything and then ship them to everyone. I would say anywhere from 2-3 weeks.

I believe the whole point of a co-op is to save money on shipping or to get a discount for ordering in bulk. So instead of paying the $15 shipping(not sure of the new price), You only end up paying half. It also gives you a chance to see what others are ordering. Kind of a bonding experience too.

...and to think, I only did one co-op so far.

I just ran a mock order that consisted of 10 Riva kits, a 25 pack of Kr8 cartos, and 10 5 packs of 510 cartos and the shipping came out to $73.25, so apparently they got really ridiculous on their shipping. I'm not sure what kind of interest there would be in a co-op now since they started with this crap, but it will most likely be the last co-op I run thru EM at this rate if no one shows interest.

If people still want me to run co-ops thru EM, I will (I like doing them), but I find this completely stupid they want to jack up the shipping costs, which will only discourage new/repeat business.

wow, $17.75 for atty shipping.. but 35 boxes would only be $38 s&h.. Maybe an atty or smaller item (no riva, etc) co op would work... still playing with the cart though

edit: attys, cartos and drip tips all seem to be bunched in the less expensive shipping..

I will say this just so everyone knows....

If EM doesn't come up with a better system and SOON (or at least a cap for larger orders), I WILL NOT be doing anymore co-ops for them....

I personally take this crap as a slap in the face. I WILL NOT place a $1000 order (co-op or not) and have to pay $100-200 more for shipping. WILL....NOT.....HAPPEN.
