I'm sure it would be safe to say that Yihi and the US resellers made sure to to be compliant with the FDA requirements.
VapinArt also has them on their site for pre order.

KMG's picture is of the G+. The G is listed/ shown on VapinArt.
Which color are you planning on buying?

Well, if they don't come out with anything new between now and when they ship, I plan on buying burgundy.

I'm sticking true to form. S,M, ML, and Q all in black. G will be black as well. Burgundy will be very rich looking.

Black is very popular. I expect most people will get black. The reason I want burgundy is I don't own any red mods, so it will be a nice change. Hopefully they will make the panels replaceable like they first talked about. Then we can change colors whenever we want.

How do you know this? I've never seen them for sale. It doesn't even seem like they finalized the design yet. Do you work for Yihi?
Wingsfan, all of the major players did these soft launches before 8/8. They sold to a distributor or two a sample before 8/8 of each of the products in development to have a paper trail allowing them to be sold in the US after that date. There is no reason to believe Yihi didn't do the same considering they announced 3 new lineups just days before the date. Why would they do that if they couldn't sell them in the US?

Because why not? The rest of the world isn't going to stop because the government and FDA within the US is more corrupt than other countries. Yihi isn't subject to US laws. If they release 25 photoshopped pics and sell 1 prototype before August 8th, I'm sure they're gonna go right ahead and sell their products within the US until the FDA attempts to do something about it. It's not just a matter of thinking up 1001 insane restrictions for US clients, it's also the matter of trying to enforce all that, which, being real, the FDA lacks the manpower to do.

It would be nice if the FDA actually cared about human beings and tried to act in the best interest of the American people, instead of being the corrupt trainwreck that their organization has turned into, but oh well.

Well my point was if you didn't have a way to get them into the US or was planning on skirting the regulations anyways (not that there is anything wrong with that), there is absolutely no reason to time your 5+ product launch to just before 8/8. Most of these companies know that they will be selling devices eventually that the US can't get easily bit will still be bought by thousands of Americans. But there is little incentive for a company not to do these soft launches for known products if that means they can still easily sell them in their biggest market.

Wouldn't China with over a Billion people be their biggest market?

these new yihi mods will be available, legally, here in the U.S. all yihi had to do is make one of each model, sell it in the US and have that one sale documented. good to go. actually i think just an open preorder before aug 8th was all that was needed for US vendors. either way, they're coming and the black or burgundy leather ones will suit me just fine. really sweet looking mod. i have all dna devices so i'm very eager to try this board.

No between the price barrier and certain laws China probably has the smallest adoption of vaping. Also cigarette smoking doesn't have the public perception issues there as it does in most other nations. Not saying china doesn't on pure population is still a large market but the US alone counts for over 25% of vaping.

That black leather looks really nice, the metal work appears to be more of a matte finish as well compared to the brown leather.

I like the form factor much more than the Q Class, central 510 is really nice for bigger tanks. My favorite mods to hold are my VT75, Stout, Alien, 213 and Slice. The new Smok Alien is a real comfortable mod to hold and use, now if it was built like a Yihi with a Yihi chip I would happily pay $200, $300 is a stretch though.

Can't wait until they come out, have some vape shops around me who will carry it so I am anxious to see what they are like in person.
