Your first time trying Boba's

After hearing all the hype I had to get give it a shot. I ordered a 30ml bottle because I knew if I didn't like it it would be easy to sell to someone else on here. Now I wish I ordered a 100ML bottle. I've never been a fan of the tobacco juices so I was skeptical when ordering bobas but hearing all the raving reviews I knew I wouldn't be able to cure my curiousty without getting some. Another thing I was worried about was the 100% VG.

Well needless to say, I'm floored at how great this juice is. It completely took me by surprise. When I first opened the bottle and smelled it I was a little let down. It really smells a lot like the prefilled tobacco cartridges you get with the ego or 510. I decided I was going to put my fears aside and fill a brand new LR boge carto (which I was also worried about because of the VG clogging it) took my first vape and hit a euphoric tasty heaven. I was soooo surprised how great this was. I got it in 18mg and the throat hit and vapor production are out of this world. I've now got it in my liquinator which keeps my carto working great. I've already burned through about 6ML of the stuff through the same carto. Bobas with the liquinator were made for each other. I also have a 30 ML of gorilla juice I'll be trying today but I haven't been able to put the Bobas down since I tried my first vape.

Awesome stuff! If you like the Boba's you're prolly going to love the gorilla juice. Taste exactly like Banana Nut Bread IMO. It seems to have the same base as Boba too which wasn't hard for me to add it to my "Need a bigger bottle list." Perfectly balanced and 100% VG too!? Wow...

Ok I just got mine today for the first time. Hoping my taste buds will become friendly with it eventually but to tell you the truth I've been going back and forth trying to decide whether a mistake was made and they put Gorilla Juice in my Boba's bottle. I got a bottle of each and they taste the same to me. They smell the same too. Am I crazy? I don't know. I love golden grahams its my favorite cereal ever. I don't taste it I taste...the same thing I taste when I vape the gorilla juice. I'm hoping after a nights sleep I'll wake up and it will be different lol

edit: okay I just read the above post and learned they have the same base so that makes sense now. I've only had it for 2 hours so hopefully more flavors will open up to me soon.

The smell is very similiar but the GJ definitely has a banana smell to it that I don't get at all with bobas. Bobas is more nutty....I guess. That was my attempt at using my smell pallet.

I was pretty disappointing when I first tried it, it was good but not this so totally awesome everyone was making it out to be and @24mg throat hit was a little intense. Kinda tasted like a chocolate graham cracker that was bathing in pumpkin pie. I was sure everyone was crazy and this juice was just meh.. okay.

Little over a week later and that same cartomizer has not left my silver bullet, I have no idea what it tastes like anymore beside awesome, I've vaped 18ml so far and have a new 30ml sitting right next to me ready to be devoured. Steeped vs fresh is very different yet I can't figure out which one I like more or why, but I'm kind of feeling the pumpkin pie/nutmeg taste of the fresh juice. I stepped down to 18mg on the new bottle and I might even go down to 12mg next time cause this stuff is pretty hard to put down.

It's been about a month since I had any Boba's. I ran out of it while on vacation in Galveston, then when I got back home to order it, Porphy was out of the supplies for it. In the meantime, I also ran out of my beloved Massive Chocolate Mint. When I finally decided to order, Boba's was AWOL again. I was ITCHING for anything made by AVE by then, and broke down and ordered 30ml each of Massive Chocolate Mint and Hype. Sure enough... the day after I ordered it, Boba's was back! ARGH! Anyways, I've been enjoying the Hype too, but always have to start my day with Massive Chocolate Mint. Sooo... I finally got my timing right and ordered 30ml of Boba's and GJ last night. After ordering, I was building more home-made DC tanks and happened accross my old 18ml Boba's bottle. It still had that wonderful smell in it. Now all day today I've been thinking back to that smell when I pick up my home-made VMU mod box. I can't WAIT until I get my Boba's on Thursday now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just received a 6ml sample of Boba's Bounty. The other juices I have came from more bargain-priced vendors, and to be honest out of the 6 flavors, I could only really stand 2 of them. I dripped a few drops into my eGo, and it was like a whole new world of flavor has been opened up for me. "This... is.... amaaaaazing!"

This is how you know a juice is good: you hit it, and all you can do is stare at your PV with your mouth open for the next 20 seconds.

The flavor I get is honey. Clover honey. Not the taste of the honey though. It's more like when I've got a bottle of clover honey that has been in the cabinet for a while, and has crystallized a bit. You throw it in the microwave for a few seconds, or warm the bottle up in a pot of simmering water to dissolve the crystals. The SMELL that comes from the warm honey is the flavor I get from Boba's Bounty.

First taste of Boba's was this past Monday for me and I really did not like the flavor at all. The only thing that I could think was"this is like stuffing my mouth with chewing tobacco". Every time i tried it for the next couple of days that taste/smell was all that i could perceive. Whether it was present or not, can't say for some reason. By the end of the week I had exhausted every last drop of a 30ml Hype bottle, and gave Boba's another shot.

The velvety texture of the vapor is what got me hooked, and the flavors began to emerge after I let my mind focus on another aspect of the juice. All I know is that AVEjuice is unbelievable and now I have my go to vendor. Already have placed two more orders for hype, BB, and GJ. One just arrived today and I ordered it late Weds night (10pm or so).

If you haven't tried these juices, stop reading and get some. If you read this far, well obviously there is some interest

I just got my order today. Put some Boba's in a fresh DC carto and started vaping. I didn't get graham crackers, coconut, or anything other than a very lovely, mellow, nutty / carmelly tobacco. What I like best about this juice?

1. It's a tobacco that doesn't taste or smell like wet socks or old shoes.
2. It doesn't leave a funky coating in my mouth or fry my throat (yay good ingredients, and 100% VG).
3. It doesn't interfere with food or beverage enjoyment.
4. It's not an atty/carto killer

Before I knew it, I was chain vaping this like no tomorrow!

On the Gorilla Juice, I get a bit more fruit/honey on the exhale, but it's not at all unpleasant. Way to go Alien Visions! You've restored my faith that 100% VG juice can taste good and not cost a small fortune!

I don't know what it is about Ben's VG base, but it is the only VG that I can even think about vaping. All others that I have tried taste like steam from a pot of boiling rubber to me.<<<<< not that I've tried boiled rubber steam,,,,,, recently

I tried it for the first time this weekend, man I was blown away on the first vape, it is a complex flavor and hard to pin down. But I absolutely loved it. In fact because of Boba's and Gorilla juice I have not tried most of the 9 flavors I ordered from a couple vendors because I just kept vaping Boba's and GJ. Friend of mine tried it and he said it was intriguing but he wasn't sure about it yet. Will be interesting to see how he feels about it later.

i must have gotten a bad batch. i ordered some BB back in April/May and it doesn't taste good at all. a friend of mine i got into vaping says it tastes like vamping vomit. and i kind of agree. i have let a few 6ml bottles i have steep for the last few months, but it hasn't changed.

did i get a bad batch?

fwiw i vape Havana Gold as my ADV. have since i started vaping, and i love it. i haven't tried gorilla juice yet, for fear of the BB fiasco i experienced. i did however just order some Blueberry with my 100ml bottle of havana gold so i will try that one out as well.

well, still not liking Boba's. not even gonna open GJ, since I assume it's the same base. maybe a few more days. that said, though - Hype is the truth. Hype deserves it's name.

tx, Remit. perhaps i will, but it will for sure be a sample. i'm kinda apprehensive of AV tobacco juices now. apparently, my tastes are a lot different than most folks. the BB, for me, is getting worse by the day. but, i'm gonna give it a week to see if it changes - and it will have to, drastically, change. look for some BB and GJ to go up in the classifieds early next week. but, again, the Hype is very, very good. i WILL be getting some more of that.
