Good thread here, Interesting the choices being made, gotta remember - she is using a mech.- you may have to consider going from hi voltage to low voltage during the day.
Some tanks have their sweet spots at different points. On a mech and a tank, I hovered around a 1.2 ohm coil. There's always more to consider.

Ok ok i am diging the erklogin or whatever but the subtank has the option for premade coils, see i build her coils but i am semi active military (national guard and on the homland respone force ) so there are times i am gone for a week or more and come back and there is a half pack a smokes wbere the mod should be cause here coil wick clogged up and she couldnt rebuild it with out me ... the subtank woukd solve that problem with the factory coil option. Also the tank is pkastic so no breaky breaky ...

Dudes ,.. litteraly every night ... kabang off the nightstand it goes lol

I will look more into the erklogin kologin whatever after work before deciding today.

Subtank is not plastic, it's glass, all versions, but the Mini and Nano come with a spare tank, plus they're fairly thick glass. And like somebody else suggested, a rubber vape band will mitigate the drop issue somewhat. As will duct tape.

What might work for you is the Delta II from Joyetech. Mostly stainless tank with wee tiny glass windows inside the stainless (most people hate this, can't see juice easily, but it does make it durable), prebuilt 0.5 ohm heads that'll work great on a mech, and a $12 RBA deck option, with fully adjustable airflow that will support MTL and lung hitting, and a fairly easy tool-free refill process. It's got top marks for flavor production as well.

The paramiters i am looking for are not for me they are for my finance. ..

It has to be a single coil based tank, no messing with dual coils she likes a single 26g macro/micro coil at .75 to 1 ohm ish

It has to hold a days worth of constant moderate vaping ... i would say 5 mils

It has to have good air flow for direct lung inhales but able to crank down at bed time for moulth to lungs

Flavor has to be outstanding or at least up to snuff with a basic dripper .... she uses the zenith double cross now and want a tank cause she is tired of the hastle of dripping ... so i want her to experiance a tank that is up to the task as not to turn her away from them.

It also has to be ... well built like a brick sh#t house case she runs only one mod and only one juice and uses it for everything an brings it everywhere.

One word- LEMO.

She won't be disappointed.

Idk if anyone else mentioned, but the Squape R sounds like a good choice. If you're willing to pay for it (165 on Vaperev). Superb build quality, tough due to the glass tank being protected by a metal tank, holds 5ml (with SS nano kit option), amazing afc ring with ball bearing good for lung hits and mouth-lungs, and exceptional flavor. Squape R has more airflow than even the K4 with 4s kit.

Personally I've used everything else mentioned in this thread. K4, Lemo, Subtank, ErlKonigin, etc. I just think the Squape R stands on its own in terms of performance and ease of use. It has so few parts, very easy to clean, and easiest to build/wick. The K4 build quality is also quite nice, but I find it a hassle to use due to all the pieces and parts, and the flavor is nowhere near the Squape. Squape also wicks better with higher VG juices. Juice has a very short distance to travel to get to coil, vs a Kayfun where it has to travel vertically and longer distance.

Other than that, I'd recommend maybe a Delta 2 with RBA. Massive airflow, mostly SS tank should be durable, and fairly cheap.

Only downside to this is the 3.5mL capacity, or course for it's price, just buy 2!

Yeh i keep looking at the sub tank too

The glass tank is fine as long as i can buy like 2 spares lol it has to last and take a beating ...

I mean i have lagitamatly never in my life seenanyone drop sutch an expensive mech so often lol i shoukd have just got her clone crap like i buy lol

But nope every night no fail .... bammmmm 100$ king mod and authentic 120$ zenith hits the floor ... 3-4 times a day ... lol and she wants a tank so i am at a loss of what the heck i can get her that suports single coil only builds and wont break on day 1 !!!

I am open to glass as lomg as i can get replacements and there is also a ss option

I mean srsly every day the mod hits the floor at least 4 times !!!! I never seen anything like it. I dont think i have dropped my mod 4 times in 2 years !

flash e-vapour

2 post build deck; perfect for single coil; and only 1 airhole; comes with a few airhole screws to use a tighter draw but I just take the screw out for an airy draw.

fills like a protank.

From the criteria posted, the Kanger Subtank Mini seems like the easy choice. Options for RBA or replaceable coils, an included spare glass tank, and a fair price.

The Lemo is by far my favorite RTA to date (and I do like it better then my ST Mini) but with the considerations being made, I don't think it's the best choice.

It meets all the requirements best, but the being dropped on the floor 4x a day :)

That's why I say Delta II, does everything the ST Mini does plus durability. Only about $12 more expensive if you add the RTA option, same price without. Still a helluva lot cheaper than the authentic Erls and Flashes and suchwhat, blows them all away on airflow, and it's not much more pricey than a Lemo (which is, btw, made by the same company, basically).

Anyway, none of the pure rebuildables do the job for him, if he's worrying about his SO going back on the sticks when he's not around to rebuild for her. That leaves him the ST Mini, the Delta II, and the Segatank, and only one of them is reasonably SO-proof.

Now, if he wants to shake things up even more, get her an iGrip with the RBA option.

And if he just wants to go cheaper and forego the rebuildable option, he could pick up an eGo One atomizer, which fits all the other criteria from durability to lung hitting/MTL transitions, and it for sure works great on a mech with either the 0.5 or 1.0 ohm coil heads. Heck, he could pick up three of them for the price of an Earlprinz. :)

For me, the SQuape R[eloaded] is the best thing going today. I've had a hard time with the RTA's I've tried - probably due to lack of skill, admitted, but I couldn't get Kayfun and ErlPrinz to stay leak free. Especially the Prinz had a temper. Would vape perfectly for a good amount of time, then all of a sudden, liquid all over.

Then I tried a SQuape R clone and got it working rather well. Bought an original and my, oh my, vaping bliss. Great flavor, easy to build, zero leaking issues, even when down to it's last drops. So I bought 3 more and got rid of my other tanks :D
It's a pretty big tank and also rather heavy, due to most of it being stainless steel. But that also makes it solid. The glass window is well protected and they haven't been damaged from the few "drop tests" (which weren't really tests) that I've put them through.
It holds about 5 ml of liquid (I think data sheet says 5.2) and I love how you can adjust airflow easily without disassembling anything, just turn the air flow ring and it clicks into place on the air hole of your liking. Being able to check your build and wick without draining it, is also a big plus for me, as I vape a few liquids that are rather tough on the wick and coil.

So yeah, for me, it's the SQuape R, hands down :)

Edit: Oh yeah, downsides - price. It is a rather pricey tank, but to me, it's well worth the money, when compared to ease of use and peace of mind it gives me.

I did consider the SqR, but people have broken the glass, and its not fun to replace. And a spare glass is $20. At least Lemo spare glass was $3 shipped for a pair, lol! That being said, its much more protected in the SqR.

Yeah, Delta II, egrip or ego one might be the ticket.

And don't forget, there are Erlk clones that are nice. With the SS or even the plastic tank on, it should hold up well. I haven't bought an authentic yet because its pricey, but no problems with my clones at all.
