#1 advice I would give is to not be afraid to ask questions because there is always someone here who can help. So such thing as a silly questions to me. I usually learn the most when someone starts out by saying, "I Know this is a silly question".

#1 Start out with simple setup..... Example: ego batteries and a dripping atomizer then maybe a clearomizer once you find a juice you like. You can always upgrade slowly. They will always be something better

Start with a variable wattage device: Check out Innokin itaste products MVP 2 or VV/V3 both variable wattage devices. These products are not expensive - MVP 2 $42 range - itaste VV/V3 $30 range.

Start at lowest wattage setting and increase to desired vaping enjoyment for you.

Best advice I can give is to search, compare, review, and search some more. When you find something that makes you say "that makes sense, I can do that" then follow that path and see where it leads. Buy quality and you'll never be disappointed.

Vape is hugely a personal preference hobby. How and what I vape with can easily intimidate and scare a new vaper off. Find ones comfort zone first and then expand on that.

Order some juices that are NOT tobacco flavor...Before long you'll want them.
Drink TONS of water! the vaping dries your mouth out a LOT.
Don't freak out if you still get the urge to light one up in the beginning.

If ordering a tobacco flavour because most newbies do try to get the same taste as cigarettes, I suggest getting at least one flavoured juice that you might like. I say this because chances are you will not like the tobacco flavour. Some people do but most end up switching and finding flavours better in the end.

don't waste your time with eGo pens and clearomizers. get a quality vv/vw device or mech mod paired with a RDA/RTA. learn to build, it's really not that difficult don't be intimidated. youtube is your friend.

Always make sure the devices you have are working up to their full potential before upgrading.
I have in rotation, carto's, Protank's, a Kayfun, and a couple drippers. They all have redeeming qualities.

skip the cigalikes, the egos, twists, spinners, vv's of any kind. skip the stupid mods. make your own ecigs! make your own tanks, coil heads, and wicks. and for the love of God man make your own juices!

oh, and while you're at it, make your own battery!
