Mr and I shared a halo g6 starter kit..got it a month ago..haven't touched an analog since..thought I would have to have a cigalike..quickly changed my mind..too small..he loves it but with halos minitanks..I got an egoC upgrade and evod, iclear16s and mini protank last week..want more stuff..this place is dangerous...but only for the hubs bank account..lol

I'm actually very new to the whole e-cig world. I've tried a NJoy kit from a pilot truck stop when they first came out. It was awful, and I gave up and back to smoking, Then Tried Blu, similar experience, both within days of purchasing those products. I'm currently 5 months into vaping without any cigarettes since purchasing a Biansi ego battery and Vivi Nova tank from a local E-Cig store. I've been vaping a menthol flavor from a local place. My fiancée has the same setup and was a smoker for over 30 years almost 2 packs a day. He hasn't picked up a analog since we got our e-cigs. (His is Black Cherry from the same local place)

it was Halo Electronic Cigarette and then ego tank :)

I researched for quite sometime before going with a joyetech 510 after the first day I fell in love with not having to light up and whatnot and then onto eco-cigs blu cigs ( BOO they were horrible but good in a pinch) logic and now back to the joyetech 510's, but definitely looking to go with some sort of bigger battery model cause the constant recharging has GOT go to!! Thinking of an itaste mvp v2

I tried some random small form factor cigarette clone, and then accidentally bought the very first Joye Ego. I thought I was ordering something else. I fell in love.

Then I lost my job, and couldn't afford ecigs. I lived in a place where I could get a carton of American Spirits for $25, so, I saw that as more economical. I went back to Ecigs when I moved to New York City. And now I'm quit from cigarettes for good.

My first device was the Ion from Revolver about 2 years ago. It seemed the perfect size (cigarette size) and it occasionally satisfied me. Only problem was that I smoked almost the entire 8 months I tried this model.

I then upgraded to Revolver's Talon (Ego) and realized that is what I needed the entire time. Haven't touch a cig since I picked up the Talon.

First was a GreenSmoke cigalike set I bought from someone on craigslist. 2 batteries, 2 passthrus and a whole bunch of carts for very cheap. It was enough to get me started. I think what really won me over to vaping was when I discovered that there were places that sold flavors I could refill with, that's when I got really interested.

My first was an odd off brand kit I bought at my local smoke shop. Tasted horrible, and had to be charged every 2 hours
Did research on here, then went wild buying more and more expensive mods from the Classifieds section because I'm a sucker
for gadgets...(not advice I'd give to anyone!)

Now, when I'm helping friends & family to switch to vaping, I buy two Ego 'twist' (has 3 voltage settings) batteries, a box of dual coil cartomizers, and a few small bottles of juice in flavors they think they'll like from Freedom Smokes or Vapor Bomb.
I usually use a tank or direct drip - but the cartos are easier for newbies! Had WAY too many late night calls trying to explain basics.

Good luck! Gave myself a month to slowly wean off cigs - but vaping has TRULY changed my life. :)
