OF COURSE, i wasn´t expecting to create some kind of revolution in here as a matter of fact, this is the exact same thing i knew was going to happen all the "ZENFIDELS" more like the "ZENFANATICS" or "ZENCULT be like yes "you were right stevo" yes oh "you are such an bad person"

Stevo China made stuff is a completely different story. If people are waiting months for this PV because of the small shop and personal supervision of his products, then at least something positve can come out of that which translate to a direct contact with the manufacturer (MIKE).

Mike chose to use vendors so that he could focus on the manufacturing side of the business and turn the customer service side to vendors. He is now nothing more than a supplier of goods and those that sell his devices are the points of sale and contact.

The device has a lifetime warranty so his device (I think it was a mini) will be taken care of....I can't say I would be happy about receiving a brand new device with a scratched top cap, then struggle with the device would really dishearten me as well. The top cap can be replaced very easily....the function, well I can't remember what issue he is having that it isn't functioning well....nonetheless it all can and will be handled....but I understand that is not a happy response, as a happy response would come from Jason (and I am sure it will).

I didn't even read back to what started this, I just saw your post and didn't like it. If gatag said something horrible, disregard what I said.

So then why comment on something that you don't know what your talking about???

I was just commenting on something he said about the people I consider friends, and expect my friends to do the same. I don't only like the Zenesis products, but like the way this thread flows. But if it is not for you, then don't say anything about it!!

We all have different opinions, and that is great for the vaping community, but you don't have to knock what others like!!!

It's all about attitude. A lot of people in this thread have spent time getting to know one another and a lot of people know Mike personally. When people come into a community thread and throw around attitude, they're going to be met with attitude. That's just the way of the world. I help anyone I can that has a positive attitude and I refrain from interacting with those who have a negative attitude. The same can be said for several in this thread. This is a very caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and tight knit group. Those who complain that it's a cult or a bunch of fanatics should take a look in the mirror and realize that it's about attitude. If that's the way you view the situation, it's no wonder you have trouble fitting in... Just my two cents.

Couldn't have said it better myself Andy.

I know about that and it makes perfect sense, Mike wants to take care of what really matter to him, delivering perfect devices, the thing that made me snap is that when Vaporninja had a complaint, is like everyone just feel insulted if someone feel that the product is not perfect. And that is not OK.

But again, I really hope all of the best for everyone, some nice people around here. Mike does excellent devices that is a fact. Jason has an excellent store and just a great guy.

I think you overreacted because all he did was point him in the right direction to where he can get some help.

Is it my imagination or what? Is this not the Zen Reunion thread? Doesn't that in itself indicate it's a social gathering of like minded people? Cuz for a second there, I was thinking that we we're back in the Official Supplier Zenesis thread. You know....the not social Zen REUNION thread.

MHM so you are telling me that the "Official Supplier Zenesis thread" wasn´t exactly like this one? And i think this one since it is from ELECTRONICSTIX.COM has become the equivalent.

Boy, guys I'm sorry- I should've held my thoughts to myself on this one. I did NOT see this coming, and I know it was my post that caused the whole argument that has now ensued. Let me explain a bit here:

I wanted to contact Zen specifically because I generally have had better luck when talking to the actual manufacturer than I do with the distributors of any given product; This, among other reasons, is why I stay in close contact with many of the chinese manufacturers- it's easier to get things resolved from the inside, imho, and my experiences with various distributors range from subpar to horrible, with only a few of the issues having ever been resolved that way.

My mini was faulty from the day it left Zen's workshop; The positive screw is not threaded into the spacer correctly, causing me to have to force the screw down into the spacer; The spacer is loose on the positive post, so when I attempt to unscrew the positive screw, it unscrews the spacer first.

The packaging was ...interesting. The tube that my zen came in is at least ten inches long, but only the bottom 5 inches has foam insets in it to keep the thing stable- and the Zen was easily able to slide out of the foam, and bounce around the rest of the tube, getting scratched up by the allen key and other assorted metal bits. When it arrived, it was already blemished. I have no idea if this is how all zens are packaged or not, but mine was-and it sucked.

I did not wish to start an argument here- again, I should've kept the negative thoughts out of the thread. I know a whole lot of you have had excellent experiences with your Zens, and that is ALL that I have wanted from day one. When I write about my experiences with this device, I want people to see the Zen that I WANTED to see- a piece of vaping perfection. As of this point, it has been nothing but a big, expensive hassle. My DUD's worked better out of the box and had zero scratches or marks on them- and that says a lot, considering they were 15 times cheaper.

You know, it's funny, this is exactly what happens to people who buy expensive, hand-made supercars: They take forever to get "on the list" for, they cost a fortune, and then they break down every ten minutes!

This is Jason's thread (should be anyway), and I think Jason wants new customers. But y'all driving them away.

This is a supplier forum, maybe if you wanted a buddy buddy reunion thread it should have been done somewhere else. Personally I think this was all planned so y'all can keep all the Zenesis to yourselves :laugh: but that's kinda tin foil hatty

Nobody even acted insulted. What are you talking about? Vapor ninja came in here asking about how to contact Mike because he was displeased and Stevo suggested that he go thru his point of purchase which in my opinion, is the correct thing to do. If you buy a new car and find that something is wrong with it, do you contact the manufacturer or contact the dealer that you bought it from?

I don't have a wonderful attitude anymore. Sorry tybin, because I heard you were nice.

But ya I am absolutely disgusted by the majority of people in here that like to pile on. There's a few that have been cool and helpful, but other than that, nah this place sucks. I just wanted to buy my mod and learn how to use it. That's obviously not gonna happen without either dealing with this stuff myself or watching it happen to someone else.

Trust me, if there was a different thread where I can learn about my expensive ... Ash, I would GLADLY go there. Point me in that direction and I will NEVER return.
