Stevo China made stuff is a completely different story. If people are waiting months for this PV because of the small shop and personal supervision of his products, then at least something positve can come out of that which translate to a direct contact with the manufacturer (MIKE).

Mike chose to use vendors so that he could focus on the manufacturing side of the business and turn the customer service side to vendors. He is now nothing more than a supplier of goods and those that sell his devices are the points of sale and contact.
The device has a lifetime warranty so his device (I think it was a mini) will be taken care of....I can't say I would be happy about receiving a brand new device with a scratched top cap, then struggle with the device would really dishearten me as well. The top cap can be replaced very easily....the function, well I can't remember what issue he is having that it isn't functioning well....nonetheless it all can and will be handled....but I understand that is not a happy response, as a happy response would come from Jason (and I am sure it will).
