I have a question....is there a way to adjust the alignment on the ZAP so your Provari can be in the position you want it in? Not that I'm going to do it myself...but if it's possible I might ask for help at Vapebash. Spent some time today getting my Zaps Bedazzled

Hi Iowa you can take the top of the provari of by putting something long through the tube and popping the cap of and align it and put it back on but be carefully of the wires in the provari
Or add a drip tip oring to the thread on the zap an try that out

There are two ways. The first is to use an o-ring in the bottom of the ZAP.

The second way is to gently tap the top cap of the Provari out and then replace it in the position that works best. If you aren't comfortable doing this there should definitely be some people at Vapbash that can help you out.

Ok...sorry for the dump questions part 2... I'm not comfortable with messing with the top cap portion..but do have some small orings from tips..so do you mean under the skirt..the portion that screws into my Provari..to try an oring there? Else..I will let some kind person at Vapebash set me up:laugh:

OK...so I just have a Zen oring floating between the ZAP/Provari and it's perfect. Is there any reason this should be a problem? You will soon learn that I am technically challenged:facepalm:

Only way it would be a problem is if your center pin isn't making contact. Other than that, you should be good to go.

Feel like crap today. Almost called in sick and I haven't done that in over 12 years.

Oh Kevin I'm sorry to hear that..so much yuck going around. I must be in good shape with the center pin as I'm vaping light a train. I need to learn to just relax with all of this stuff. The fixes are often so easy..

I hope it will be. I'm talking to a CNC company to get the prototype made. It's an all mechanical mod the size of two 18650's next to each other (plus the cap). The tank is a full 5ml. The button lights up when pressed. And it's water proof (meaning the tank/wick/cap will flood, but the electronics will be protected.)

I've also designed a second base that has a window for an LED screen and amount for the ProVari circuit board. When that base is attached, it's only an 1/2" taller.

That's the APV I really want. A device that can be Mech or a ProVari, with a 18650, a Zenesis Atomizer, a 5ml tank and water proof. I'm a Dive Master by passion, and I'd be scared to death to take my ProVari with me on a dive boat. Oh, and small!

here's a pic with optional base for electronics:

That looks really cool!
