a tight draw probably tends to suck juice out;

the seal at the top is of interest; if it doesn't seal properly it will leak - oh wait - unless you use it in zero gravity!

The fill hole screw needs to *seal* the hole; if air can seep through, then the tank WILL leak.

Tore it apart thinking that the crooked tip was a symptom and was right. The spring pushes the tip up at a funny angle and it causes there to be no seal. There is an oring there but it doesn't do the job.

So I talked to angelcigs for a while and after 10 emails, the result was that even when handled properly, its going to drip a few ml and every time you squonch, its going to loose another ml. Seems unacceptable in my books especially with the cost of premium juice.

On the good side, their customer service is amazing for what you pay. They let me keep it and are refunding me the cost of it. I will be doing business with them again.

That's unfortunate. My only complaint with the big dripper (other than no single coil mode) is that I have to rotate it 180 degrees every time I squonk to get both wicks/coils nice and saturated. However, at least the big dripper doesn't leak on me so that's a plus.
