So are you saying to make a sort of capsule that is sealed off on both ends but with an x cut on one end. Then you just pop it in the cart and the atty sticks in the x side? That would be brilliant! You could make prefilled capsules and just pop them in.
so I cut out the plug but how deep does the straw have to go? right up to that ledge thing?
I was going to order some but felt a little put off by the $2 shipping charge for 10 of these little things. The site says free shipping and there's no mention of a shipping charge anywhere until it shows up on PayPal. Why would you charge shipping for the 10 and not for the set... because it's cheaper? It would be more upfront to charge $12 at the onset. IMO

no, the straw heigth should be slightly below the edge so that the plug sits flush.
However, depending on your atty bridge design size (there's thick, tall, etc between brands and/or releases) you may have to "tweek" the straw heigth just slightly to avoid the plug distorting and cause it to leak/flood.

Don't worry about it we all have our cranky days... I take everyones suggestions into consideration and if its possible I will make changes..
BTW.... is that a Mane cooncat your holding or a freaking bobcat? Me and the wife have been looking into F1 Savannahs but the prices seem to just keep going up and up!

Scottyballs, yes Sammy was a nearly 30# Maine ..... The love of my life and always will be. I lost him a couple of years ago to a Mountain Lion.

Got my ZFM w/ H-cuts on Friday. LOVE them!! Am vaping a full cart to nothing left with my Joye 510. Tried an O cut and that worked just as well. Will probably give them to my mom since I converted her to vaping as well (after 40 years/2 pack a day). Thanks SCOTTYBALLS!
I have resisted trying this mod because I am very infrequent vaper. My electronic cigarette can sit for hours sometimes without being used. And my gut feeling is that this thing is going to leak if I leave it sitting for an hour or two unless I keep it standing cartridge side down.

Yeah Im going to be hitting up lowes they im sure they have a 2mm punch there or somthing that would work.. ahhh I love Lowes!
Also try a taller straw just a lil but taller makes a big difrence Im still playing with difrent hights the one im using now has the plug just barley below the rim of the cart and Im chain vaping to the point im starting to get a headach

I found a great punch, The little 4" skewer that I use on my roast turkey. perfect size, has a nice sharp point and when I took my cart back off there was a tiny little perfect bead of juice. Probably a buck for a pack of these at walmart.
