I could probably trial and error this, but why........

Whats the recommended cart refilling method used with the "H" cut ??

Whats the recommended liquid filling level for this mod ??

Have you found the "H" cut to work fine with both 510 atty bridge sizes out there ??

I'm picking this purchase up today at the post office and this inquiring mind wants to know........

Thks & VapeOn,
Greg

According to the vented mod linked the hole normally goes below the filler anyway. So it shouldn't need any.

No filler needed. I wouldn't want to distract from the ZFM mod (brilliant idea btw). All I'm proposing is to add the vent groove on the side to make it breathe a bit. I'm trying it right now with a silicone cap and H cut - so far so good! :D

All you need to do is to make a hole and cut an air vent groove on the side.

Arrggghhh! I just got mine ZF carts today, and tore a H plug getting it out of the cart. 8-o I hope it still works. If not, eh, it was an unexpected bonus, and I have 4 more.:)

I started getting a burnt, dry atty, plastic taste as well.
The cart was unbelievable for about a half hour or so before the burnt taste started.

Bonking the ecig battery end on a table worked well to get things going again.
So far no more burnt taste.
If things keep going like this, these carts are well worth the money. Thanks ScottyBalls!

OK here it is No filler! No polly! No foam! No Shopping! No Spring! No more making plugs 100% reusable! How dose it work? the bridge is in the resivor of juice and takes it when it needs it with out any flooding..

Using your Dell as a workbench?!
Hope you have a Complete Care warranty on it, otherwise I'm reporting you if I get a call to repair something under warranty:

"Repair not effected because user dripped E-Juice into the CPU..."

Actually I do have complete care... and had to use it once, I drooped it down a flight of concrete stairs coming out of work.. they sent a coffin and I put the pieces in the box 12 days later had a brand new laptop with a extra gig of ram bigger hard drive and some software upgrades.. :D

Hi Scotty,
I got your H-cut ZFM plugs and I love the ease of the refilling, flavor and longer lasting carts, but after the first few days I am getting major flooding issues.. with 2 of 3 refills I get a mouth full of whatever juice im using (tried with about 6 flavors), sometimes after first few drags, sometimes mid cart... and waste e-liquid... tried the circle cut and same thing. I really want to stick to this mod so wanted to ask for an advice, maybe im doing something wrong?
When i fill them up i usually do so until liquid is about 3 mm under where plug would be... the 510 usually lays flat on the table.. and I chain vape a lot tho don't think this has anything to do with flooding since i should dry atty faster...
had 510 for about 2 weeks and I quit cigs easily so really want to stick to it, tried spring, ptb, and straw mods and i liked ZFM the most but flooding is killing me, i have to constantly have an napkins nearby:D.
I was thinking maybe it would help if i place a small layer of poly under the plug? or will it mess everything up.

Also any tips on best way to deal with flooded atty once you did so? I usually take it out and blow the juice out of it from the atty side but maybe there is an easier way? would blowing vapor through ecig instead of inhaling work?
Sorry for long post:D Love the mod but feel like im messing something up

Try cutting the straw down a lil at a time you may have a atty with a high bridge.. if thats the case the bridge may be bowing the plug inward releasing fluid around the sides of the plug instead of the middle..
