Joyetech eRoll Slim by Infinium

xYVf1gK.jpeg

After the Exceed PCC, here's another model that Joyetech kindly sent me for free – just to be clear, without any payment or work relationship involved. The eRoll Slim Full Kit keeps that dual setup of a Case (here simply called PCC, Portable Charging Case) and its Pen. The Pen itself stays independent (in fact, it's also sold separately) from its PCC thanks to the USB Type-C charging port. It's been out for about a year, but given its success, it recently got 3 new color options, which you can see in the banner above.

W9Ro29H.jpeg

As a Kit, it really focuses on ergonomics and compact size – something a lot of powerbank + pen combos kinda miss the mark on. But they haven't skimped on the essentials like battery life, which is pretty decent, and the visual charge feedback thanks to the various LEDs on both devices that take the place of a screen. It's an auto-draw only kinda vape.

cewdq5J.jpeg

Inside the cardboard box, with a textured plastic lid and a scratch & check on the side, you'll find the Pen with a pod already installed (in my case, a 0.8 ohm one) and the PCC that make up the eRoll Slim Kit. In the little baggie, there's a USB Type-C cable and a spare drip tip. Last but not least, there's the user manual.

s2YnXWu.jpeg

The eRoll Slim Full Kit is made of aluminum, with some cool leatherette inserts on the PCC. The Pen itself weighs just 29 grams with the pod in – that's about 4.2 ounces – and it's 120 mm long with a 16 mm diameter. The battery inside is 480 mAh, so Joyetech is still sticking to pens that can last you more than an hour without needing the powerbank. The PCC weighs 72 grams (around 2.5 ounces) and its dimensions are 23 x 44 x 107 mm, packing a 1500 mAh battery.

kD2rG2Y.jpeg

Now, the eRoll Slim Refillable Pods – despite the name "refillable" – are actually more of a cartridge pod + integrated coil type. You get minimal condensation and zero leaks, but the trade-off is that you toss the whole pod when it's done. They all hold 2 ml of e-liquid (no non-TPD versions here), and they're sold in packs of 3. They're made from a smoky PCTG with a glossy finish, so you can easily see how much juice you've got left. Just like on RTAs, it uses a standard 510 drip tip, and you even get two different styles in the box, plus you can grab some Joyetech branded cotton filter tips if you're into that. Refilling is done via the usual rubber plug. There's also a "Min" marking that Joyetech suggests you don't go below with your e-liquid to ensure proper wicking.

ElutPAh.jpeg

Popping the pod in is pretty straightforward – you just line up the holes with these little pins inside the Pen's battery body. This keeps the pod nice and secure while you're vaping and makes sure the connection, thanks to the gold-plated spring-loaded pins, stays solid. The eRoll Slim Refillable Pods come in 1 ohm and 0.8 ohm versions, both using a mesh coil and capped at a max automatic output of 13 watts by the Pen.

lZVb83e.jpeg

With its rounded form factor and 16 mm diameter, you can totally hold the Pen like a cigarette between two fingers. And if you're coming from disposables, you'll feel right at home with the size. No buttons or screens here – it's all about that auto-draw. The airflow is fixed, and considering the "only" 13 watts, it's clear this device is purely for a tight MTL vape.

Fu6FgwL.jpeg

Towards the bottom of the Pen, there's an LED that lights up to show you the charging status – we'll see that in action later.
The USB Type-C port is also located at the bottom of the eRoll Slim Pen. It supports 1A charging for its 480 mAh battery, which means a full charge takes around 35-40 minutes.

6sV4mn3.jpeg

The connection between the eRoll PCC and the Pen is made via 3 gold-plated pins, and it's held in place by a magnet. Plus, there's a fabric insert, also magnetic, that makes sure the pen doesn't accidentally fall out. You can even vape comfortably while the Pen is charging inside the PCC.

5NfdtGV.jpeg

On the front of the PCC, you'll find 5 LEDs that show the remaining charge of the 1500 mAh battery. They light up when you touch what looks like a button, but it's actually just a sensor. Just to be clear, it doesn't act as a fire button when the Pen is inside.
Charging the PCC is also done via USB Type-C, and unlike the Pen, it supports 2A input. So, a full charge for the PCC takes about 45-50 minutes.

18ZWp9u.jpeg

The bottom of the PCC has the CE marking and disposal info engraved on it, and it sits nicely flat on a surface for good stability. Once you slide the eRoll Slim Pen in, you can still see its LED, so you don't have to open the fabric flap to check the charging status. You can take the pen out or put it back in from either the top or bottom of the leather flap without removing it, but just be aware that you might put a little stress on the contact pins with the PCC.

86GcDt5.png

Even though there's no screen, the LEDs on both devices do a good job of keeping you in the loop about the battery levels.

On the PCC:
  • 5 LEDs: 100 - 80% battery
  • 4 LEDs: 80 - 60% battery
  • 3 LEDs: 60 - 40% battery
  • 2 LEDs: 40 - 20% battery
  • 1 LED: less than 20% battery
On the Pen:
  • Green: 100 - 70%
  • Blue: 70 - 30%
  • Red: less than 30%
When the PCC recognizes the Pen, it even gives you a little vibration. As for safety features, it's got the usual stuff: cutoff protection, short circuit protection, and low voltage protection when the output drops below 3.3 volts.

igsLTdb.jpeg

This is a device that's definitely winking at vapers looking for a simple backup setup, kinda bringing back that popular powerbank + pen combo. But it's also got a lot to offer folks coming from disposables. It shares quite a bit with that world – so much so that the Pen is even sold separately. All you gotta do is pop a pod into the battery body, fill it up, and the Pen takes care of everything else.

For more info and to check out the new colors of the eRoll Slim Kit, you can visit the dedicated page on the Joyetech website eRoll slim| Fashion and Portable Vape Pen| Wireless PCC - JOYETECH

I'd like to thank the staff at e-cigarette forum for the space they've provided, and Joyetech for sending me the eRoll Slim.

► Hellvape Dead Rabbit Mini Rda; Introduction:
The world of vape always offers different solutions, these ways of interpreting vaping in turn unleash the hype of vaper's from all over the world, subsequently the various solutions go out of fashion in favor of other solutions and then unexpectedly return to vogue after a few years. There was a time in the recent past when small RDA vaporizers of 14-18-20mm diameter were bought compulsively by many users who were looking for MTL or RDL products to install on compact and light BF Mods such as the immortal Pico Squeeze. Fortunately, Hellvape occasionally revives and improves old projects, in fact I was not the only one who anxiously awaited the return of a product like Dead Rabbit Mini Rda; which as we will see later has several strong points.
Happy reading.

Hellvape Dead Rabbit Mini Rda 9.jpg

► Hellvape Dead Rabbit Mini Rda; Beauty Ring:
These small diameter RDAs have the advantage of being able to be installed on practically all Mods, but leaving a lot of empty space on the edges of the Mods that were created to accommodate larger tanks. For this reason, the "Beauty Ring" solutions were introduced by manufacturers to fill this unsightly aspect. Hellvape has also thought of this with a colored ring just like you can find with the Dead Rabbit Mini Rda that you will buy. Also in the kit there is a beautiful Drip Tip 510 in resin with an antimicrobial Ag + band, together with another classic Drip Tip 510, but of greater length that will be useful to move the lips away from the heat generated by the Top-Cap, especially this will be useful for those who vape compulsively.

Best recent MTL RTA for NETs?

Hey Y’all, so after 3 months of using NETs with these pod systems, I finally got myself a RTA rebuildable deck, and damn was that illuminating! Still like using the pods for on the go or driving, but while I’m at home it’s been all about the rebuildable deck. I got the BSKR mini V3 MTL RTA by VandyVape. I like it a lot so far, but I was looking to get a second RTA, and was curious if there are any newer ones for NETs anyone could recommend… I saw a lot about the Ehpro True, but most of those threads are prepandemic, so just wanted to come by and ask.

————————

Also, secondary question about devices…I’ve been using my tank with a drag m100s, and have bought two other devices that don’t quite work as well as the drag flavorwise…and I can’t understand why exactly… suppose I thought the tank was more important than the battery/device, but there is a drastic difference between them all. Any newer devices that you could also recommend? I’ve been trying to find a good cylindrical device with variable wattage. Auto draw would also be a great feature if that exists yet.

A little good news in Iowa

I'm really hoping this lawsuit goes well, and somebody files a similar suit in Virginia. It could also stop some other states from passing these Registry laws if this law in Iowa is overturned.

The Rayden from BD Vape - A VERY solid single battery mod

Due to YouTube's increasingly anti-vaping stance and YouTube guideline strikes against vape review channels, the reviews have moved to X (formerly twitter) and Rumble. The live shows, Ecig101 and WattsUP Vlog will continue on the YouTube channel.

The Rayden from BD Vape marks the rare return of a single battery mod which is also capable of taking a 20700 or 21700 size battery. With a hefty weight to it due to its zinc alloy construction, its going to be a mod for people looking for a "workhorse".

As always with a Vaping With Vic review, you know that I have tested this item for three to seven days, instead of reviewing it the day after it comes in...this channel always tests items first before reviewing.

INITIAL THOUGHTS:

The packaging for the Armour GS is much like I’ve seen from Vaporesso over the years. The box is green and black with the Vaporesso name near the top of the front of the box and a color picture of the device contained inside. In the background is the Vaporesso logo in green and the Armour GS name near the bottom. The back side of the box has the usual packing list, specifications, and company information.

1746289074306.png

1746289102805.png

Once the outer shell is slid off then you are greeted by a black envelope that contains the user manual and underneath is the GS with the .15 ohm coil pre-installed in the pod. Also off to the side is the spare .3 ohm GTX coil and the USB-C charging cable. I like how everything in the kit is immediately visible and there is nothing underneath the plastic insert which appears to be glued into the box.

1746289148954.png

I received the black version for my review which I like but it can be challenging to get pictures sometimes that actually portray the aesthetics of the device. The frame appears to be made of zinc or some type of metal. The sides and back are wrapped in a leather like material. One side has the Armour GS name stamped into the leather and the other side has the Vaporesso name. It might have improved the visibility of those names if they had been highlighted in a different color. Each side of the GS has a light bar that illuminates when the fire button is pressed. It can be turned off in the menu if that’s something that you don’t like. The back of the mod has orange stitching and the material does have some padding to it for comfort when holding.

1746289297894.png

1746289354121.png

1746289376753.png

The GS makes use of a single 18650 battery that is loaded from the bottom. I found the sliding mechanism that moves to open the battery compartment to be rather stiff and a little difficult to open. No chance of this one opening on accident. The company and device names are on the bottom. Once opened, the back of the door is marked with a – symbol to indicate battery polarity and the Axon name is etched on the plate.

  • Question
Geek bar pulse x

Anyone have any honest reviews for the GEEK BAR PULSE X?!

I’ve tried the grape slush, it’s nasty!
white peach raspberry.. peach gets to be too much..
sour straws is decent but gets old!
Not into the pineapple or pine colada ones!
Banana taffy not my thing..
Blue rancher? Ew..
Not into any type of SLUSH.. or the Jam ones.

really wish they had the meta moon or even the sour blue dust in the X! Sadly they do not! I buy online at EjuiceDB for 14$ for geek bar pulse and 17$ for the X! I want to stock up but scared to waste my money and wait 4 days for shipping and then hate it onto of wasting my money.. and want to get some of the X because they last longer! My vape is glued to me lmao I literally sleep with it! (Guessing most vapers do?!)

Any suggestions? And if you have any opinions or reviews on other nasty ones? Please inform me! Haha

V10000 Pod Kit by Memers Wukong - One of the bigger "Big Puff's"

Due to YouTube's increasingly anti-vaping stance and YouTube guideline strikes against vape review channels, the reviews have moved to X (formerly twitter) and Rumble. The live shows, Ecig101 and WattsUP Vlog will continue on the YouTube channel.

The era of the "Big Puff" vape has been here for at least the last year or so. The Memers Wukong V10000 is a 10K puff based pod kit which has a massive tank of liquid attach to the TPD complaint pod.

Voopoo Vinci Spark 220 Kit by Infinium

IljY9cQ.jpeg

Veni Vidi Vinci, part 2: after almost 2 years, Voopoo returns with a new line of box mods featuring a single and a dual battery model. I had talked about the Vinci Spark 100 back in March, and this time it's the turn of the Vinci Spark 220, kindly provided by Sourcemore (I do not receive any payment and have no professional affiliation with them). Dual 18650 batteries, design and lights similar to the single battery model, with the "new" addition of a large knob, or as Voopoo calls it, a "Multifunctional Wheel" for input controls.

FO7VHTL.jpeg

The magnetized battery door for inserting the batteries also remains unchanged. The Gene TT chipset has undergone some modifications while basically staying the same, with the return of the temperature control mode. Another difference compared to the 100 is the return of the standard version of the Uforce-X Tank (not the Nano) to create the Vinci Spark 220 Kit.

8CwJgm6.jpeg

Box similar to the Vinci Spark 100, made of soft cardboard, inside: the VOOPOO Vinci Spark 220, Uforce-X Tank with a 5.5ml configuration and a spare 6.5ml glass, a PnP X 0.15 ohm coil and one 0.3 ohm coil, a set of silicone seals, a Type-C cable, and a user manual.

yqZ82Ww.jpeg

UForce-X, heir to the -L and close to celebrating its first year of life, has recently received a little brother with the Nano. Initial base diameter of 24.5 mm, expanding to 29 mm near the bubble tank. Weight 65 grams. I had talked about the black edition with a fairly glossy finish, which also applies to the stainless steel version, making it very appealing.

QIEoJu4.jpeg

810 drip tip, double o-ring type at its base and absent on the top cap. Diameter 9.5 mm and still 9.5 mm protruding once inserted. After experiencing the convenience of the screw cap on the UForce-X Nano, going back to the slide system feels like a downgrade. No lock or safety systems, with the cap free to open simply by pushing it where indicated by the arrow. Accidental openings are unlikely, but still, if Voopoo managed to stay within budget and offer the Nano at a good price, they could have done it here too. Sleeve and double seal are shared with the Nano, good quality considering my black version is now 8 months old and has not deformed or been damaged.

0ysm8b3.jpeg

As fashion dictates, the UForce-X is equipped with a top airflow, made of two large mirrored slots to prevent leaks. No end stop, an undeniably annoying aspect when you need to unscrew the base or remove the UForce-X from the box. I assume the ring is press-fitted since there is no way to remove it, something I usually show in pictures.

WBzzsy2.jpeg

The base, since it lacks a stop and the top cap opens depending on where you press, should be unscrewed by gently gripping the tank area. Fortunately, the threads are well made and unscrew easily. The design of the airflow system is similar to many on the market, with two air slots that channel air to the coil while also helping to control the temperature of the UForce-X.

vIxYA7l.jpeg

Press-fit coil installation, with the usual recommendation to wait longer than the suggested 10 minutes due to the high amount of packed cotton, whether you wet the ports first or insert the coil "dry" and then refill. In the picture, you can see how much the coil should stick out when properly inserted. Be careful not to pull off one of the 4 installed O-rings to avoid leaks and condensation.

iGAwYav.jpeg

PnP X, a coil series with mesh wire sections that, after 9 months from launch, still shows no updates for RDL - Cloud vaping. I always repeat that atomizers (or pods) using regular PnP coils do not support PnP X coils and vice versa. On this UForce-X, it is not possible to install standard PnP coils.

PnP X 0.6 Ω - 18-23 W
PnP X 0.45 Ω - 25-32 W
PnP X 0.3 Ω - 32-40 W (included in the package)
PnP X 0.2 Ω - 40-60 W
PnP X 0.15 Ω - 60-80 W (included in the package)

A 1.0 Ω MTL coil is also available, but like the 0.6 Ω, it makes little sense on atomizers of this size, which is why Voopoo itself released the Nano in 2025. The impressions I had when testing the UForce last August and the Nano in February remain unchanged: coils that have durability as a pro, but are still far from the 100 ml lifespan that Voopoo has once again started to promise in promotional flyers. The type of liquid used obviously affects coil wear. In terms of flavor, slightly behind other competitors but still respectable.

QGza7RZ.jpeg

A new feature for Voopoo, which after many producers, introduces a mod with what it calls a "multifunctional wheel," a single button for fire and wattage adjustment. The dimensions are 29 x 45 x 95 mm, with a weight of 108 grams thanks to the aluminum used in its construction. The corners are completely rounded to avoid the feeling of being a sharp-edged device, with a "smooth" finish on the casing, similar to the Spark Vinci 100.

oY80IAu.jpeg

The Voopoo tank is always aesthetically pleasing, with stainless steel featuring a polished finish interspersed with more matte decorations and held together by 4 screws. It is centrally installed on the Vinci Spark 220 chassis and features a small ring near the 510 threading to prevent the atomizer from causing damage or scratching the chassis. The gold-plated, spring-loaded pin is included.

EJ4zdhO.jpeg

Unlike the Spark 100, here the only door present is the one for the battery compartment, without any lights, although the print suggests them. Internally, it is shaped to minimize any movement when handling the Spark 220. Inside the slots, the + and - symbols indicate the battery polarity direction. A satin strap is installed in the chassis to assist with battery removal. As with the Drag 5, in addition to the polarity signs, an "L" and an "R" are marked to easily identify the left and right batteries when using a diagnostic function, which I will explain later.

iOFLDGB.jpeg

The Multifunctional Wheel, a knob that rotates to select wattage and navigate through the menu, and is pressed for the fire function, is installed laterally. It is more comfortable to press compared to other dual battery setups with the same configuration, and thanks to its shape, it is much more difficult to rotate accidentally during the fire function. To increase grip, Voopoo has designed a faux knurling on the side, matching the color scheme chosen for the Spark 220. The "button" with the engraved Everest Lab logo is instead used for all black color options.

e5JdSJU.jpeg

On the opposite side, and matching the color of the Vinci 220’s body, is the switch button, which Voopoo loves so much. Unfortunately, this time it is placed in a location where it is easy to accidentally press, as it is usually positioned near the screen. However, it remains customizable via the menu, allowing you to choose whether to lock the fire button or just the wattage selection. Below it is the USB Type-C port.

The base is somewhat stable, as despite the dimensions of 29 x 45 mm, it has rounded corners compared to the Vinci Spark 100, improving comfort, shaving off a few grams of weight, and making it more aesthetically pleasing. With the batteries inserted, which add weight, it’s fine, but when placed on a shelf without them, it requires a little more attention, especially if an atomizer is left installed. On one side, there is a small notch that allows the door to open.

OR6V65A.jpeg

On the front side, there is a 1.47-inch rectangular TFT screen, about 50% larger than those on most common mods. It's quite bright but not adjustable through the menu. Just below, there is the light panel similar to the Spark 100, except here it is not removable. The lights can be turned off through the menu, and from what I can see, their color varies depending on the mod’s color.

1NbxyYA.gif

The Vinci Spark 220 is equipped with the usual Gene TT, revised from the one installed on the Spark 100.
As the name suggests, the Spark delivers up to 220 watts with a minimum of 5. On the main screen, there are double battery indicators, a five-digit puff counter, and the watts displayed in large text. Navigation:

- 5 clicks to turn the Spark 220 on or off
- 3 clicks to access the menu

Menu options:

- Mode: allows you to select the vaping mode
- Theme: choose between three graphic interfaces
- Switch: change the shortcut for the switch button between locking the wheel and locking the fire
- Animation: enable or disable animations during the fire
- Light: on/off for the lights on the panel
- Battery Evaluation: further information to follow
- Puff Clear: reset the puff counter
- About Device: check the firmware version

Available modes in the Mode section:

- Smart: automatically sets the wattage based on the detected coil
- RBA: manually adjustable wattage mode
- TC/TCR: pre-set profiles for Titanium and Nickel with the option to modify the TCR

The battery evaluation must be performed with the coil installed so the circuit can understand how much power to draw from the batteries to provide the appropriate wattage. As I mentioned with the Drag 5, this doesn’t replace the need to look for good-quality batteries, which for lung or RDL vaping should have (at least) 20A, and this rating must be declared as real. This means purchasing high-quality batteries from reliable vendors.

Unfortunately, the ECO mode, present on the Vinci Spark 100, has been removed. On the Drag 5, in MTL, it could last almost a week with two 3000mAh batteries. However, the TC mode, which was absent on the 100, has been reintroduced. There is still no true resistance lock, which (should) occur automatically when the atomizer is screwed onto the box.

Final thoughts: if the Vinci Spark 220 seems less graceful in photos, unfortunately, it looks the same in person. But I imagine Voopoo wanted to create something different from the more classy aesthetic of the Drag series. It does, however, have the immense advantage of being much more compact in terms of size and weight, while still using aluminum as the material. Therefore, it can be a candidate for an all-day box, especially for RDL vaping, and for those torn between a single 21700, as with dimensions and weight, we're (almost) there. The advantage of the Spark 220 is that, with good batteries, it offers up to 6000mAh of autonomy. With the Uforce-X Tank, the positive impressions from this new generation of PnP, now defined as X, continue, particularly in terms of longevity, which seem to be solid features in Voopoo's catalog.

Voopoo Vinci Spark 220 Kit is available at a special price, no coupon needed, for $37.99 on Sourcemore: VOOPOO Vinci Spark 220 Box Mod Kit 220W

Puremax Q by SXmini - The old Puremax 1 gets a square overhaul

Due to YouTube's increasingly anti-vaping stance and YouTube guideline strikes against vape review channels, the reviews have moved to X (formerly twitter) and Rumble. The live shows, Ecig101 and WattsUP Vlog will continue on the YouTube channel.

The original Puremax released in 2023 has been superseded by the Puremax V2, especially for people looking to dial in their vape a little better. However the old V1 Puremax still has a lot of fans. The Puremax Q takes the internals of the original Puremax and puts it into a square formfactor.

As always with a Vaping With Vic review, you know that I have tested this item for three to seven days, instead of reviewing it the day after it comes in...this channel always tests items first before reviewing.

Dead rabbit 3 rta J edition

Does anyone know the best gauge and type of coils to use for the hellvape Dead Rabbit 3 RTA (the J edition, think it's the same as the 2024 model) This is my first buildable and I'm not sure what kind of metal coils to buy, the material, the kind (alien etc.) What gauge for the hole in the coil (I believe that's what the gauge refers too) and what size, kind of cotton to buy. I had just recieved my geekvape zx ii rta with mesh and I bought $30 in mesh and cotton, all the wrong stuff. Hoping to not have to learn the hard way again. Any help would be great. I hope I'm posting this right. Thanks

Happy vaping
