Hello Verashu, My Order #100324924. My package was supposed to be delivered a week ago, but the last updated tracking information says “in transit” from June 13th. I’ve already submitted an inquiry with USPS but I’m unsure as to how to resolve this if they can’t help which as of this time they have not. Please assist in any way you can

Hello Verashu,I placed an order but I did not receive an order confirmation email or a receipt email. I reached out to customer service but can't get a response. My Order number is #100324924. Can you please look into it and check to make sure my order is being processed? Also, could you provide an estimation on when the package might ship out as well as when I will receive a tracking number if possible?Thanks
