Please help. I smoked moderately, 10 to 12 Marlboro Ultralights a day. My favorite memory of smoking was working in the early morning hours. Coffee and quiet and razor sharp focus. I switched completely to 3% menthol Juul vapes one day while traveling for business. Had a few issues dealing with dry mouth, and the brain fog still scares me, but kept with it. It’s now been six weeks. I’ve hated that I was going through an entire pod a day—vaping while thinking indoors, and I could feel that awful despondency when I didn’t have my vape in my pocket. Addiction still clearly my issue. I need to break free. And 6 weeks is a triumph, but Juul just not sustainable. Yesterday went to my local shop and bought a NordX, and the shopkeeper gave me a 3 mg 60/40 “chocolate shake” freebase juice. Vaped it over the past 24 hours as I would the Juul at 10 W. Hate the sickly sweetness but more than that I can feel the intense crazy mood swinginess and brain fog—which makes me think the nic level is much lower. Also feeling some throat irritation. Am I doing this right in my journey to wean myself off nic completely? Are there better ways? Also what is a good tolerable day-long juice that doesn’t linger or coat my mouth with sickly sweet? Juul tobacco not good, so maybe tobacco not an option. Willing to try mint or menthol so long as it’s safe. I know I’m asking for so much but advice would really be useful.

I just got the Uwell Crown 4 tank on Vaporesso Gen S. The 0.25ohm mesh coil is being read as 0.20ohm by my mod. It's recommended wattage is 55-75w..but vaping at 58w,its getting hot after 1 hit..
Should I be vaping at the recommended wattage for my coil or should I be vaping at the wattage recommended for the ohms that the coil is being read as by my mod?

So - I placed an order the same day as the new rules came out - figured I'd roll the dice.. And today - my mailman came by (we are friendly) and he knocked on the door and waited.. Which is weird - he's never done that before.. I said hey - he said, Ohh... I couldn't leave this here just have to be 21...I just said, oh ok, no problem and he walked off...

Anyone else having this experience? That's never happened before - I've got enough nicotine to last 5 lifetimes now and been getting liter after liter all year long..

Sure nicotine is recognized as an addictive substance - And maybe that is a reason not to become addicted to it and to warn the public accordingly.

But many people have many so-called bad habits - maybe its in the psychology of some people to have a habit to cling on to? - But while many of the drug habits often have lethal consequences - Vaping is apparently much safer and far less likely to cause harm.

So while they keep directing wasted energy on tobacco and now vaping, would it not be better I ask for them to be focusing on lethal drug addictions and leave safer and much more benign habits like vaping alone?

Bought a Fuma 5 pack Gold menthol for like $25+ and it doesn’t even contain adapter. Anyone know about these? Got because it said Menthol and thought if like what I smoke it’d help me quit faster. This is a long running trouble with a lot of my juices and I am struggling to figure out quite what is causing it. I am struggling to get more flavor, and more sweetness out of mu juices, but even at 1 percent super sweet, it is completely wrecking cotton within a few hits, burnt out entirely by the end of the day.

I typically use 2-8% of any given flavor depending on experimentation and recommendation, and then just a dash of ws23 and 0.5-1% super sweet, in a 70/30 vg-pg solution but I have recently tried backing off the vg a bit to see if that would help flavor but it was minimal. Less super sweet helps coil life but it also is very subtle and the flavors feel more on the exhale than the inhale. Just to be sure it is not me I tried mine next to Reds and it is night and day. Theirs is just so much thicker and richer in flavor and although kills my cotton fast in the grand scheme of things, I can usually still get more than 6 hours out of it, which is more than I can say for my own juice.

It also didn't used to be like this. Yeah I have always struggled to get a WHOLE whole lot of flavor like I would like but I wasn't killing cotton like this. I get all my stuff from wizard labs and I cant tell very well if the problem is an error in my recipes or if maybe it is something up with their suppliers.

Either way, I would say the peak flavor I am succeeding to get out of my own juice is possibly 1/3 of where I want it to be in terms of flavor strength with the bar sorta being set at reds or skewezd (or however you spell it) both of which in my own experience sorta dominate the strong flavor market. Not always "better" flavor but stronger.

Is it worth getting this tank instead of another nautilus 2s? Also which coils should I use for this tank for mtl? Are the 1.0 mtl coils the same as the 1.5 Clapton? Maybe a change in tanks would be nice but is it worth it. I don't know if the coils compare or if I can get a good mtl.

So I just re-wrapped one of my Samsung 30T’s. However the wrap was a little longer than I expected. And when I was done the wrap was over / covering the white insulation disc. The disc is definitely there, but it’s hard to see as it’s under the wrap.

please tell me if this is safe to use? I use mostly mechs and just want to make sure.
