I recently purchased a smok Rigel kit and the could are rated for 0.15ohm but the kit is showing it's set to 0.16ohm.

First impressions:

Vapelustion with this Witness 80w has practically redesigned the Drag X, reworking its body in a very pleasant and successful way in my opinion. The sinuous shapes are well connected to each other, the design appears less angular than its rival, with a weight of about 20g higher it also appears more solid, the appearance is more enhanced by the bronze finishes on a black background.
A structural difference with the Drag X is represented by the magnetic cover covered in leather, so the battery does not have to be inserted from below, but inserted by removing the back cover.

Vapelustion Witness is available in this unique color with a refined and successful Vintage effect.



The side view highlights a rather elaborate design compared to the basic concept, towards the front the body tapers off protruding from the central body, this pronounced part incorporates the front control part of the mod.
The magnetic cover with its bronze-colored perimeter extends in a long embrace to the center of the device.

New here, just signed up. Just recently started vaping again. Anyway, I prefer an MTL vape, was considering switching to DTL down the road. I bought an Aegis Max mod, and bought another Zlide MTL tank. The Zlide does not want to fit the mod, can somebody explain why? They both are 510 of course. I'm afraid I may have wasted some money.

Atomizer:

Atomizer that comes in this kit looks really nice in my opinion, personally I really like how they make sub ohm tanks. With this atomizer in the package you will receive two coils and two tanks. Build quality of the atomizer is really good and nothing to complain about here.


You will receive this atomizer with 810 drip tip preinstalled and this drip tip is comfortable for using. It is really good that you can use here any other 810 drip tip without problems.








This is a top fill atomizer. On the top side of the atomizer you can see marked where you need to push the top cap in order to see the fill hole. Fill hole is okay and you can easy fill the tank. So far this top fill system works really good and I didn't have any problems.


You will receive this atomizer with bubble glass tank and capacity of the tank is 5ml which is really good capacity. In the package you will receive one more bubble tank which is really nice, this one also has 5ml capacity which is good.







On the base you can see some details so you can easily adjust the airflow. On the airflow control ring you can see two airflow slots and we have a stopper here which is nice, what you adjust on one side it will be the same on the other one.

With this atomizer you will receive two coils. One of the coils is 904L x2 mesh coil and this coil has 0.2ohm resistance. The oter coil is 904L x1 mesh coil and this coil has 0.15ohm resistance.









Mod:

So let me start with build quality, build quality of this device is good, it feels really nice in the hand. This mod works up to 100w and it is powered by one battery. From the top side of the mod you can see the connection, it is a bit raised which is nice because top of the mod will not be scratched from atomizers. Threads here are good and we have here gold plated spring loaded 510 pin.
On one side of the mod you can see the battery cap. On the cap you can see slot so you can easily take it off. Cap stays in the place because of two magnets but we have a bit play here which will be a con for someone. This device is compatible with 18650, 20700 and 21700 batteries witch is really nice. In this mod you can put the battery however you want, you don't have to check the orientation, you can just put the battery inside which is nice.
On the front side of the mod you can see the fire button, screen, plus and minus buttons and usb. This device has usb type c port which is really good. The fire button and plus and minus buttons are good. The fire button is clicky and responsive whic is really nice. On this device we don't have color screen but brightness of the screen is good and you can see everything really nice on the sreen.












You can turn on or turn off this device when you cick 5 times on the fire button and when you turn it on in power mode on the screen you will see:


- Power
- Battery indicator
- W
- Puff counter
- Ohm
- V


When you hold plus and minus buttons you will lock the buttons, you need to do the same to unlock the buttons.
When you click 3 times on the fire button you will enter the menu:

- Mode ( power, vpc, bypass, tc ti, tc ss,tc ni, tcr1,2,3)
- Set ( timeout, coil test, puff, time, c/f, reset)
- Info ( battery, version, temp)
- Exit







My thoughts:

You can buy this kit in different colors which is nice, build quality of the kit is good. Package is also good because you will receive two coils and two tanks. It is nice that atomizer comes with 810 drip tip so you can use your drip tip here if you want. Top fill so far works good and you can fill the tank really easy. Capacity is 5ml which is really good capacity, also it is good that you will receive spare bubble glass tank, but there is no regular glass tank in the package which will be a con. You can adjust the ariflow really easy. This atomizer performs really well, personally I really like subohm tanks from Freemax because flavor on Freemax atomizers is really good. I really like that connection is raised on the mod, you will not scratch the top of the mod. Mod has nicely rounded edges so it is comfortable for using. This mod is compatible with 21700, 20700 and 18650 batteries which is really nice. The battery cap has a bit play which will be a con. Brightness of the screen is good and you can see everything on the screen clearly. We also have usb c here which is nice. In my opinion this kit is more than solid, I really like both, atomizer and mod.

This is a message to zeus x mesh users

Bought today some wotofo nexmesh strip's kanthal 0.14ohm

I have heard that Zeus x mesh coils are proprietary and I thought I would use a small Dremel to make the nexmesh thinner cause I read people say on internet they do that....some suggested use Dremel on the the deck so that u make posts thinner and then clamps can take thicker mesh...

I didn't wanted to do that sooo I took a cutter (u can use also nail clippers) and I just cut the mesh corners at the part that is not mesh but it's solid just the edges and up until the point where mesh starts

Then u are able to install the mesh on the Zeus and u only clamp the edges that they are solid.....it's not like geekvape mesh that u put all inside and let them sit cause nexmesh are shorter anyway u don't want that....almost all the solid ends inside the clamp and just tighten it...

The end result is great just make sure the mesh is straight and not tilted...at the end u end up with a little thicker mesh and even thought nexmesh is shorter compare to geekvape since u clamp it like that it ends up same if not a little longer...

I wanted to try this mesh cause the way it looks seemed it would be better (it's more densed)
And it is....the flavour is better and I vape it at same watts as the geekvape mesh and same ariflow and same juice to compare...
The nexmesh give me a little more flavour and more clouds...but the most important for me is that it gives me a little warmer vape and thats the only thing I didn't like Soo much in using the Zeus x mesh...and the flavour is a little different...maybe cause it's warmer but I like it a lot so far..

Soo anyone interested u can try this is easy in case u haven't tried already....plus those mesh coils are sold wayyyyyyy cheaper like I got a pack of 10 mesh for 6 euros...

Has anyone ever found flavorings by brands commonly found in grocery stores (or even kitchen/cooking boutique shops) that have been found to be as safe for vaping as the usual brands we use to DIY (CAP, FA, FW, TFA, INW, etc.)?

I have been using Panasonic/Sanyo cells for years , but after this test , I simple won't buy NCA cells any more , unless some expert from this forum convince me otherwise.

The chemistry of the NMC batteries seems to be superior to the NCA of Panasonic/Sanyo.

They have been tested for 700 cycles ( takes non stop testing for months) , and the top performer from LG seems to be the winner.

But the first thing that I've done - looked through Voopoo's website and downloaded the updated firmware with TC mode. There are several modes from the start:

Super – when you fire the wattage up to 80W in RBA or when the resistance is between 0.1 and 0.3 Ohms Super Burst mode will open automatically and firing apeed will increase.
By unknown reasons Voopoo didn't put TC mode, so you will have to do a small upgrade by plugging your Type-C cable in the Drag 3 (remember to face the "arrow" on it downward) and flashing it.



The display is completely the same as in other devices from Drag series, bright and informative.
As with Drag Max this one requires same 2×18650 batteries and the output changes from 5 - to 177Watts.

I haven't tried newly released TPP pod tank, it uses different coil heads (not PnP, they are of bigger size), but the pod itself can be detached from the 510 base, so you could use your ordinary PnP pod in it with it's coil heads.



That's all for now, I am going to try TPP Pod with Drag 3 and share my thoughts a bit later.
One more thing - Voopoo, please make something with inner accessoires section inside the box - mine was completely stuck inside, so I had to tear it apart to get to Type-C cable and coil heads.

I've been using RDA and RTA for over a year now and has gotten to the point where for the most part I can build them without much issue and if I get any leaking it's usually a drop or so. Every time I try to build the Aqua Master V2 in its direct to lung capacity it leaks like a sieve. Like it just pours out of the air flow.. you can actually visibly see the liquid level going down.

I've switched the wicking five times with the same exact result. I've even tried turning it upside down when I screw the top on and closing the airflow when I air flow when I fill it which are things that I don't usually need to do. The e-juice I'm using is a 80vg 20pg and I just have no idea what I'm doing wrong I've tried it where I barely put any cotton in I've tried it where I fill the port's I've tried it where it goes to the bottom of the wick cup.. I've done it where it doesn't show at all. I've combed it out in some of them I've not combed it out in others I've made sure that the cotton isn't touching or hanging over air flow.

if anyone has the product and has any suggestions please let me know I've checked the O-rings and for what I could tell they look fine

I have the Dreamer Mod and a Samsung battery 30t 35 A and coil 0,17 ohm, when I use it, the atomizer gets very hot, then after that the battery gets heated up a little, and I'm new to the mechanical mod

Even my agies x batteries get a little hot when i use it
