First impressions of Rincoe Manto Max 228W:
The Manto Max 228W kit is built in sturdy zinc alloy, has a well-grip shape and is also light enough to carry. The feeling is immediate.

The two main features that immediately struck me favorably are; the large liquid capacity (8ml) and the possibility of making a quick refill from above, without disassembling anything.

In the package there is a very useful 510 adapter that allows you to install and use any Tank.

The front is narrower and incorporates the control panel, the fire button has a shape similar to a light switch, can be easily reached with both the thumb and the index finger.

Below the 0.96 "inch screen are the up / down buttons and the micro-usb charging socket.

The triangular shape on the back is rounded and fits perfectly in the hand, on the side panels we see at the top the three fixed air intakes to feed the coil, these air intakes are excluded using the 510 adapter or the RDTA module.

These tests below only note the ESTIMATED ratings for these batteries at the time I tested them. Any battery that is not a genuine Samsung, Sony, Murata, LG, Panasonic, Molicel, or Sanyo can change at any time! This is one of the hazards of using “rewrapped” or batteries from other manufacturers so carefully research any battery you are considering using before purchasing.

Misusing or mishandling lithium-ion batteries can pose a SERIOUS RISK of personal injury or property damage. They are not meant to be used outside of a physically and electrically protected battery pack. Never exceed the battery’s current rating and keep the plastic wrap and top insulating ring in perfect condition. Use of any of these batteries is AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Testing batteries at their limits is dangerous and should never, ever, be attempted by anyone who has not thoroughly studied the dangers involved, understands the risks, has the proper equipment, and takes all appropriate safety precautions.

If the battery has only one current rating number, or if it only says "max", then I have to assume the battery is rated at that current level for any type of discharge, including continuous.




Test Results
This cell is a decent performer but its capacity rating is slightly exaggerated, something often done by Vapcell.

It has a lot more voltage sag than the 30Q and VTC6 at the start of a 20A (60W) discharge but once it warms up it performs essentially the same down to about 3.1V. Below that voltage this cell can’t compete with the higher capacity 30Q and VTC6.

The two cells I tested delivered 2764mAh and 2779mAh. This is decent consistency but these cells fail to meet Vapcell’s 2800mAh rating. Since the two cells I have cannot be the lowest capacity ones in the batch I am rating the K28 at 2700mAh.

The Vapcell K28 ran slightly cooler than the Samsung 30Q and this cell’s 20A rating seems reasonable. If you can find it for less than what the 30Q and VTC6 cost you might consider giving it a try.

Hello, everyone. I just joined this forum as I am considering the use of "E-Cigars", or using cigar juice for a regular vaping device. Due to recent dental surgery involving "All in 6" hybrid denture implants for my uppers, my regular weekend cigars are on hold for the next few months. I just received an "All in 6" hybrid denture prosthesis for my uppers a week ago. Without going into details of the cause, I will just say gum disease has run in my family and my maternal grandmother and aunt both had their teeth pulled and traditional dentures put in from a relatively young age. So I guess I drew the short stick as well. So here's my situation. Prior to my surgery and implants a week ago, I was a weekend cigar smoker, with one cigar a day, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons. Obviously I miss it but smoking a cigar now during the "osseointegration" (bonding/growing) phase of the implants to bone tissue will, at best, impede or at least slow down that progress, and, at worse, could cause implant failure. So I am not sure when I can have a cigar again, but certainly not during the first couple of months. The time from now until I get my permanent prothesis will be four to six months. So maybe for Christmas I can have just one (I'll be pretty please asking my prosthodontist)?

That brings me to a Plan B, if my Plan B will be safe or not. I've read about a lot of "E-Cigars", or at least vaping devices with juices that provide a cigar like taste, appropriate nicotine, and lot of "smoke". Does such an animal exist? I can tell you one thing I cannot stand about vaping, having tried it a bit in the past, is the slightly sweet taste. Hopefully the cigar juice is different. I want that sort of vaping experiencing to mimic, as best possible, an actual cigar.

Finally, what are the documented dangers to implants from vaping during the recovery/healing period? And again, this would be weekend evenings only, with a couple of drinks. I imagine this still couldn't safely take place until some point until the first couple of months post surgery. I appreciate your constructive feedback, and thank you.

Well folks it has been a long and arduous road.

Now in November it will be 2 years that i quit smoking cigarettes and i don't regret it at all.

Did try vaping years ago,about 15 years ago someone gave me one of these:



But ufff it was rough,lasted about 2 weeks.
It actually broke because i was in the club with more than a few drinks in me than i would have liked and i actually thought it was a real cigarette and took out my lighter to light it up.
Owner of the club saw me and slapped me...HARD!!!,thank god...thing could have blown my head off hehe.

Anyway,been a smoker since i was almost 20,i'm 45 now at the moment but i have baby face syndrome so i actually look like I'm in my early 30's.

2 years ago in November i saw they were opening a small vape shop in the town i live in.
Opening was on Saturday but i had to drive my pops to dialysis but i made the decision to go first thing monday morning.

Went on monday and got me a Veco Solo from Vaporesso,owner spent some time explaining the ins and outs of vaping,got me some e-liquid (6mg nic,these days im down to 3mg) and that was that.

Only time i went back to cigarettes was when i had a really i mean really bad break up,something like this:

So i went out and in true Cro-Magnon style i got drunk,my mod ran out of battery so i bought a pack of cigarettes.

But that has been the only time,to be honest i have learned to loathe the smell of cigarettes, literally makes me sick to my stomach when i smell them.

Couple months after buying that pod stick thingy i needed something more,so i went to my friends vape shop and got me a Swag 80w and a Wasp Nano RTA.
Since then i have upgraded to other mods and attys,tried different setups and tried to find my sweet spot but i am a vaper Through and through...never going back to cigs.

So anyway this is my story,have to send out a shout out to all those wonderful people i have met here.
They have been there for me when i needed it and they have basically made my life better by taking my mind off the curveballs that life throws at you.
