I have 30ml of base mix made up 70/30 PG/VG. Let's say I want to mix 10ml of sample no-nic juice to keep it simple. Now, If I were to add 20% flavor, would I measure the 8ml of base and and 2ml of flavor. Or would I add the 20% flavor to a full 10ml of base? Please and thank you.
