DIY--Has anybody tried Green Mint Sugar Free Teisseire Syrup?

I've experimented with other flavors, but as a former menthol smoker, I keep coming back to Mint/Menthol. I've tried a lot (and been disappointed--not with the strength but the wintergreen notes which I hate). My favorite so far is Capella's Cool Mint.

But I came across the Green Mint Sugar Free Teisseire Syrup on Amazon. It's sugar-free and doesn't list mint oils as an ingredient (although the mint flavors may be mint oils, I suppose). I wondered if anybody has tried this?

First time I've seen it mentioned.

Looked it up and see, "Ingredients: water, wheat dextrin, natural mint flavorings, colourings: caramel (E150b), E133, sweeteners: sucralose, aspartam, acesulfam K, thickner: E145, acidifying: citric acid, preservatives: E202, E212"

The Thickner and Wheat Dextrin items would make me concerned about my coil gunking up. Wasn't wheat dextrin the first lick-to-seal adhesive used on envelopes?
