Some computers, which aren't made by Apple, have very low powered USB ports...
My wife has been liking mine so much, she said time to order her a Cabernet Radius. Done!
Now I hope they have enough to ship readily as she's going away with her lady friends next Wednesday for a mini vacation. Would be nice if it arrives before she leaves.
If it doesn't can I resist opening her vape mail to see the Cabernet in person? Now that's the question.![]()
Really? Dang... But still ok with carry-on's?

Ain't that the truth.... Only a matter of time...Yes, carry on is fine, until a vaper's mod explodes on the plane...

Technology has come a long way the past years but Provape is standing still in some regards like safety. It's like the completely irgnore current tech and decided to just replace everything with their own standards. This was fine in the early days of vaping but not anymore if you ask me.

I'm a Nerd when it comes to charging, I have to know these things
How does one sleep not knowing when or if the lighting bolt dissappears![]()
So, I really need to know this important information. I hope you can help me with it. What color did everyone pick for their button?[emoji1] I'm kind of liking, Aqua.[emoji4]

That kind of defeats the whole purpose of having onboard charging. I don't mind it with my rDNA30 because I don't use it at home. When I get home from work I plug it in to my USB wall charger for the next day.
Lem, it seems to me by the tone of the majority of your posts that you are indeed looking for a reason (or reasons) not to buy a Radius. If the fact that just about everything Provape does is to ensure the safety of their customer isn't tech enough for you, maybe a Proavari really isn't for you.
And I have charged my Radius every single day using the onboard charger when I go to bed... and it's one of the things I like MOST about it.On board charging seems to me like plug in electric cars- pointless...

Mine goes 2 days on a full charge. To me it doesn't have any benefit. If I am out all day and make a quick stop to shower and change for a night out, I don't have 4 hours to wait for something to charge. It's why I take 2 phones when I travel and switch them out during the pit stop at the room...
I'm glad Provape didn't agree with you on that. I'm thus far REALLY elated with the USB charging on the Radius

Manufacturers make lots of claims, how is the consumer supposed to sort it all out? When Company "A" says it's safe and company "B" says it's not safe to do the same thing, that makes some people raise an eyebrow... some will choose to believe Company "A", and some will choose to believe Company "B".
And consumers make decisions on risk tolerance as well... some will take a greater risk believe it will have a benefit that they seek... others will take NO risk to get that same benefit, because they are risk averse. I'm seeing Lemwise sorting through those options and making a choice, and it appears as though he wishes ProVape was a lot less conservative, because he's willing to take on that risk... or doesn't believe it's risky at all... which is absolutely 100% his choice.
I trust it more than my Luc and my Nitecore... ProVape has better, more conservative engineers.I don't know that I trust the charging system or meter at this point until it has been out a few months...

The problem I have with this is how can one know there is a risk. When I started I quite happily put my evods on the floor plugged into the computer and went to bed. At the time I did not know it was not safe.
When I found out the risk I changed my habits. If I didn't have problems and find this board I would probably still be charging the same way.
