Sedansa questions

Hi, newbie obviously
I recently received my sedansa diva (3-4 days ago) but i have to say its not what i expected.... The reason i chose sedansa is because of all the good reviews about the smoke level and the endurance of their products.

This is why i think my diva might be faulty... for starters one of the batteries is not working, 2nd the smoke level most of the times in minimum and 3rd when i inhale hard or inhale repeatedly some sort of funny tasting liquid comes in my mouth....

What do you guys think?

I also chose sedansa due to good reviews the first unit came and the batteries shortly died within a few days so they replaced that unit I also a bad taste from the atomiser which would not go away which ever way you cleaned it . The batteries on the second unit seem all right.
But the atomiser on the second unit kept producing the same taste so we have returned that unit to we also bought a sedansa cigar to and that was faulty to.
The only good experienced that we've had with sedansa is their cartridges are good.
So now we stick to theJanty kiss box classic.
