Hello everyone! Has anyone experienced the battery indicator not showing the proper charge on the display. Mine shows full charge all the time. When I remove the battery's and then reinstall them the indicator shows the proper charge until I fire the device, then it shows a full charge again...

I have an X-tar VP2 charger and on the back there is three settings...which one do I use to charge the 18650 Sony VTC4. 3.2v 3.6v or 3.8v. I know they r 3.7v but my OCD is acting up and I can't understand why 3.7v is not one of the selections!!!!!
